The A/C system stopped producing cold air yesterday in our annual rental home, so I started checking various things. When I realized that the compressor was not cycling properly my wife told me that Universal was highly recommended in the Cape Coral area. I called them and they had their technician Nate here within 4 hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the repair completed and checked out the rest of the system in no more than an hour. Thank you again Nate! Top notch service!

Charged 600 bucks in fees for AC unit 2 years old under warranty. If you want to be ripped off too be my guest.

Claims I'm a spam post, I was a customer, look at the receipt. How does a fake account get a receipt from you? Lies about servicing one of their customers rather than address ridiculous fees. Shame on you, you shouldn't be in business. I suspect you'll change and or delete your post below now, so I am going to screen shot it so everyone will know who the liar is. Don't try to hide under your "small business" model, I said I would hold you accountable and that is exactly what I'm doing. Trying to make sure you don't rip off others. Shame companies like you exist.

I'm sure google doesn't like you calling legitimate accounts spam/fake accounts, why don't you check with them first.

Said I needed an overflow switch for $149.00 and I bought the package deal for $195.00. He was professional and courteous and in and out in about an hour and half. Reasonable and hopefully it solved the problem of the drain pan filling up and shutting off.

Kyle and Josh inspected and made sure my HVAC was working efficiently. Great communication and I will use them again!

These people are AWESOME! I called at 5:30 pm. My A/C had shut down and it was 87 degrees outside. They were here a half hour later! I’ve been doing business with them for a little over 2 years and they never disappoint! Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I have used them twice in the last 6 months. Once to repair my air conditioning unit at another time to replace my pool pump. Their prices came in Is 20% lower than anybody else. The technicians are professional answer all of your questions and take time To explain the process. I would highly recommend them. And since they are a veteran Company it is a no brainer.
