After our AC unit stopped working we called a few places to get estimates on purchasing a new one. Ultimate Homes won us over because they made time to come right over and evaluate our situation. They didn't try to over sell us with a bigger unit, but refreshingly they suggested a smaller air handler and gave us a fair market price for the replacement. We also got great financing to help with this surprise expense.
The two techs that did the install were very professional and polite, they made sure the area was protected and clean and didn't take any breaks until the job was complete. We have a very tight little closet space that the unit is located in and they worked around it to fit our needs. The air is working great and so quiet we can't tell if its on!
The overall experience with Ultimate was positive and we would highly recommend them if you are looking for a good AC company.

Had issues with AC cutting out randomly. Called and left a message but got an immediate return call, scheduled the service the same day. Tech was very friendly and professional. Walked me through everything he was doing which I really appreciated. Signed up for a service contract which seemed very reasonable priced, which covers 2 service visits a year. So far so good.

Technician showed up on time, was incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable. Signed up for their pm services and will be getting some work done on the return vents I inquired about. No high pressure selling and they confirmed my unit was running great, and didn't need anything outside of a checkup. Will be using this company moving forward for all my HVAC needs.
