Love these guys, they actually took the time to teach and help us.
about the sizing and why our house did not cool correctly. when everyone else was saying go bigger they came in and said no it needs to be smaller and then showed us why. my house has never been more comfortable.
Thank you

I contacted this business due to a frozen line which resulted in my unit not operating properly. They sent Richard the same day and my issue was thankfully resolved. Would recommend their services.

After having a nightmare of an appointment with Home-Tech who I have a yearly service contract and them telling me I needed a new 3 ton A/C and all new ductwork install for approx $20K. I problem started after Hurricane Ian and being without power for 14 days.
I thought I’ve got to get a second opinion because this is crazy, I had no problems up until the hurricane. I started doing my research and found Ultimate Home and Cooling, LLC a family and company five-star rating with like 470 Google reviews and I called them and they were so nice. The girl said we’re family-owned a small company. All of our people are salaried so they don’t work on commission and try and sell you stuff that they don’t need. She worked me in for an appointment that day and said that they would come out and check everything and give me their opinion. The appointment was from 2 to 4. Richard sent me a text about 12:45 that he was on his way. They came in, I explained everything to them about what was happening and what Home-tech said, and as soon as he turned on the AC, he smelled the mildew sheet rock smell that I have been smelling. He went up in the attic he went to both sides of my house in the attic, checked outside and came in and said, your unit is fine, everything is working properly and well. I can get your fan blower look at me I’m right in front of it so there’s no reason why they can’t get your fan blower. He checked all the stats of both the air handler and outside. He said the coils outside have never been cleaned. He checked for mastic on the duct work on the east side of the house and he said there is no mastic there around the ductwork but that’s an easy fix. Just put the mastic around it over by the air handler need some. He said everything seems OK there there’s like one area but it’s not a problem I can fix it he said I can even put the aluminum tape around your dryer vent, but there is no lint going in to your AC or the ductwork. I said Home-Tech said that the cabinet is disintegrating and it’s going to fall apart he said not true the cabinet is fine. I said I have a UV light up there that they told me was blown and not working and he said it’s working fine. It’s on right now. Richard said we can do a duct fogging of the entire duct work and Air handler with bio fresh and it will kill any bacteria, fungus with a deodorizer and that should take care of the smell he said if you want to install a Rheem guardian LED whole house, air quality lamp that will help in the future with anything as far as my sinuses and allergies, and so forth. He said your unit does not need to be replaced. You do not need all new ductwork. I just started crying that somebody was finally being honest. I did have the Rheem guardian LED installed. They did do complete deck, mastic seal of the duct system they did do the dust, fogging of the entire ductwork and air handler which he had no problem getting to my fan blower because that’s where they attached and do the duct fogging of the entire ductwork and air handler. And I did sign up for service contract with them and had a surge protector put on the air handler, as well as a surge protector on the C/U. The total cost $3105 compared to somebody trying to sell me a A/C unit and ductwork that was not necessary for upwards of $20,000. Richard explained that being without power all those days and the moisture that was probably in the attic didn't help and made the smell worse. I would highly, highly recommend Ultimate Home and Cooling LLC if I could give them 10+ stars I would, they are fabulous and honest and that’s hard to find these days!!!
Thank You for being honest and helping me, you all are the Best!
