My name is Andrew. We own a home in SW Cape Coral. When our A/C fan motor went out, I called Ultimate Homes and Cooling. They were quick to come out with the needed parts, replace the fan motor and did a complete check of the system. They were able to replace the motor under warranty and saved me a lot of money. They made two other corrections to the system that I would have never been the wiser, but are fundamentally important. One of the corrections was to the blower motor. It was still set to factory settings and not adjusted to the homes size/need. It was drawing twice the amperage of the corrected setting, reducing my cooling cost by almost half. They never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need , were friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you to Rodney and his team for five star service.

We used another company for our HVAC install because their bid was several thousand dollars lower than other companies. As they say, you get what you pay for and there were multiple problems over the past one-year period. The latest issue was significant condensation on the duct lines, which in turn damaged the duct lines and also saturated the insulation in our attic below the lines. We called "the other company" and they took two hours to incorrectly diagnose the problem. They told us the duct lines were old, ripped and compromised and that was why condensation was collecting on the outside. My husband did some research and found Ultimate Homes and Cooling. Thank the Lord!! Our technician was Rich and he came out and diagnosed the problem in no time flat - a hole in return side which in turn created the problem with the duct lines. Rich fixed the problem on the very first visit. Ultimate was also able to schedule us for the replacement of the damaged duct lines in only two days! We are so relieved that we finally found an HVAC company that knows what they are doing. Rich was terrific and very knowledgeable. As an added bonus he also identified that when the A/C unit was installed a "pea trap" was not installed on the water line leading to the A/C unit. He fixed that too. We signed up for a very reasonably priced maintenance agreement with Ultimate Homes & Cooling and will, I'm sure, be using them for years to come. Knowledgeable, competent and with fair pricing - a dynamite combination and Ultimate has a couple of happy customers!
