This AC unit had been installed by Scott with a warranty. We got a couple of calls out of the warranty for minor things but the minute a big problem came up all demeanor changed. The AC drip pan had overflowed and water was coming from the ceiling. Upon closer inspection on the High Water shut off switch, I noticed that they had duct taped it to the interior floor of the drip pan, an inch away from the wire nut connection. (see picture)Obviously as the pan filled, it shorted out the shut off causing the water damage. No responsibility taken for the gross negligence in installation. Fast forward two months, have yet another problem. I call Scott and I'm told "Well, its just after 5p.m. on a Saturday, so I can charge you whatever I want... I might charge you $400.00 just to look at it" I was appalled. I have dealt with many AC companies and have never been treated like that.

They installed my unit and we have had some parts go bad but they come out fast and get me going again real quick.
Jim even a portable AC unit to use while we were waiting on a part to come in when it was blazing hit out over the summer.
