C J's Heating & Air Conditioning Of SWFL Inc.

They put in our brand new AC unit 2 1/2 years ago and they did a fantastic job.... to include installing a walk friendly deck across the attic to get to the air handler. Just signed up for their bi annual AC checkup to ensure our AC system is working efficiently. Would absolutely recommend them for ANY and ALL AC needs.

I am currently 6 1/2 months pregnant and have been waiting 3 days for this company to arrive at my home and fix my AC. It is 91 degrees inside and I don’t even get the courtesy of a phone call to tell me they are not coming after I was told this morning they would be here sometime between 12-3pm, so I can at least go find a place to stay where I can get rid of this migraine and protect my baby who is kicking around a lot more than normal at this heat level, rather than sit in this sweltering house waiting for them to arrive so I can let them in to fix it. I called at 4:45 and 5pm today and the voicemail says they are currently closed but that their hours are Monday-Friday 8am-8pm. Horrible customer service. So disappointed in the fact that a business can actually survive with this type of work ethic. This business honestly doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Check out my reviews, I usually ONLY leave excellent reviews. This is the only one place I want to urge people not to make the mistake of doing business with. So unprofessional.

To your response, it’s not even so much about the time it took you as the treatment I received when contacting your office. The receptionist was incredibly rude to me and I was very polite the entire time. She consistently responded to my concerns with, “You’re on the list, There’s nothing else I can do.” Then even after I left a voicemail at 4:45pm, I never received a return call not even the following day. It was extremely unprofessional and I don’t feel like I deserved that kind of treatment.

All I can say about this company is, WOW! You can definitely understand why C J's has been in business 30 years! They are extremely professional and handle all A/C needs with the utmost importance. I own a property management company also in SWFL and I feel honored to work among the best vendor's around. My tenants are always treated with care and provided a solid solution to the issue. C J's never cuts any corners. Simply put, they do the job correct! I use them for my business and my personal home. Thank you C J's for the fantastic service!

I have used CJ's for a/c service going on six years. On the last visit ( a/c unit outside was not running. Turned out to be a simple fix and cost $185 including the coolant, WHICH IS NOT CHEAP ) my wife mentioned that the unit was about seven years old and might need to be replaced soon - (usually not the best thing to say to an a/c repairman ). But low and behold, the young technician said "Ma'am, that's a Trane. I can keep that running 20 years for you." What a/c company says that? None in my experience. It's always, "Yep, time to replace." Kudos to CJ's. Very happy customer

I personally don't recommend them they're very shady people and will rip you off so just be where they come off as really nice trustworthy people but they are not they're very convincing at first that they are very trustworthy caring people that they are all but that the complete opposite of that ... I accidentally hit one star I give them no stars I give them a big thumbs down

Do not do business with this company, They will take your money for two service appointments but you will not be able to get them to do the second. They refuse to let you speak to a manager. I am currently reporting them to the better business bureau.

C J’s Heating and Air Conditioning is a first class company. There customer service is first rate! Their staff is always eager to help and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

I've been dealing with CJ's or conditioning for over 20 years. They are very reliable their service department is awesome.
