Love our new air conditioner our electric bill has dropped significantly. We got new high efficiency A/C and new duct work and returns. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because one of the installers stepped through my ceiling. They said the would fix it 2 months later and it still looks like a two year old fixed said the would send someone to fix the paint still waiting. Well they sent someone but I was at work and my kids were home and he was very rude because I didn't leave the paint out because didn't know they were coming.

Awesome, really nice and friendly people! They did a great job and working fast and clean. New AC brings such a better air.

I highly recommend EC Air Pro. I purchased a home in Cape Coral and soon found that the air conditioner wasn't cooling the house at all. The unit ran constantly all day long and the indoor temp would only get to 80 degrees. Eduardo came and diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes. The duct work was undersized and the air handler was just wore out. Called them on Friday to schedule the repair. They were there on Monday morning and I had a very comfortable and cool home by 5pm. Eduardo, Christian and crew did an excellent job and left the job site spic and span. Celinda in the office was very helpful and communication was awesome. All this at a very reasonable price.

EC Air Pro was so professional and timely! One of our AC went out and the ceiling collapsed. The other AC we have the fan wasnt working properly We have an infant so dealing with the heat was tough. EC Air Pro came that day and installed the new systems the next day. They charged a fair price and had financing. We are so grateful for them and their service. From the front desk to the technicians these guys are top notch. I highly recommend them!

I just called to have EC pro come and check a leak in my AC unit and girl proceeded to ridicule me for not knowing how to service the unit that they installed a little over one year ago. I informed the snarky girl on the phone that THEY never told me how to maintain the unit other than changing the filters regularly which I do. I would have gladly had the unit properly maintained had I been informed of this information. I know nothing about AC units. So unprofessional and lacking in courtesy the manner in which she spoke to me.
Also I have attached a picture because I wonder if this is this how the drain pipes are supposed to be installed? It is in the middle of my garage ceiling. Probably not. I let that go when they installed it. I shouldn’t have. Very frustrated customer.

They came out in August 2021 and repaired a very bad install on a new ac by a different company that the previous home owner hired. They then came out in January 2022 and found a loose wire connection in 5 minutes that was causing my heat pump to blow cool air. Very satisfied with them so far.

Last year, I had this company installed a new air conditioner for me. It was hard to get call backs, but eventually it was done, the unit was installed and I had no further complaints. This year I called in July to get an annual maintainance check on until. They set up a date but no time. I was told by the operator she would call me the day before to give a more accurate time table. I received no call the day before. So, the morning my service was to be done, I called an asked again, as I had errands to do, and did not want to miss the visit. She asked if she could call me right back (thinking she would probably check with the service man). I agreed. I received no call back, and no one showed up to do the service. Costumer service is not the area a company should fault at. If anyone reading this is thinking of using their service, I would think again.

ADDEMDUM: I received a phone call from the office at EC Air Pro in response to my above review. She appoligized and took ownership of the lack of follow through and asked to allow them to set up a complementary service in August. I agreed. I received a call from the office the day before the visit stating someone would be there between 10 and 11AM. The day of the service I received a text message to confirm their visit. Then I received a text telling me they would be here in 30 minutes. They were on time and very curious and efficient, explaining everything they were doing. I changed my rating based on how my complaint was handled. Like I said, customer service should be number one, and in this case, it was.
