I wish I could click all of the above. My husband and I just bought our home and the AC was struggling. Called these guys and the amazing owner had a tech out within an hour, fair pricing and genuinely cares about the customer. Won my business hands down. They're knowledgeable and don't over charge! Lots of love for them.

To add to this. Our ac was dying. They gave us an amazing rate for a new unit, they came out and installed it, Nick and Scott were amazing! Not only were they great while installing the new system, they were absolutely amazing with my toddler!!!! Great service, professional, and they entertained a crazy toddler too. These guys can do it all!!!

We had Nick come by and fix our leak problem with the a/c, he was the best, didn't stop till it was fixed. Extremely reasonable price and very informative and respectful. Highly recommend always Griffith cooling.

This company is my go-to for AC units. They are by far superior than the rest. They are not the cheapest in town, also not the most expensive, but they are by far the most honest and reliable AC company that I've used and have gotten my AC unit working in no time. They try to help you save money not take money from you.
Called before the shop opened up and spoke to Dorothy- very professional and extremely helpful. She was able to help me out before a tech came.
Any of the service tecs that I've had come to my house for routine pm service or to fix my AC unit have been professional, honest and take there time trouble shooting.

Highly recommend Griffith! After 3 other calls and quotes from other companies, we were about to spend a lot of money to buy a brand new a/c system. We decided to make 1 more phone call and we are so happy we did. Griffith took the time to listen and truly diagnose the issue. Dorothy made sure we were taken care of and spent time talking us through options. Brandon the tech was professional, informative and very efficient.They came same day and were able to repair the system we have at a reasonable price, saving us lot of money and having to buy a new system. Griffith came out to install new units inside and out I wasn’t home but my girlfriend was she said Collin and Scott were polite respectful and super nice start to finish 3 1/2 hours and neat clean tidy professional work I got home and inspected and was impressed. My AC is 16 yo. So for the past 6 years I’ve been researching AC companies, reading reviews, and having different ones come out for maintenance etc. to know who to call for when it goes out. I never stuck with any of them because none of them seemed honest, did thorough work, charged a fortune, tried pushing things I didn’t need etc etc (those companies were researched too and had good reviews.. (I don’t know why) Griffith came out to fix my AC and did an excellent job! I choose them based on their reviews and I will definitely be sticking with them. I truly believe they are an honest company with integrity and definitely stand behind their work! It is almost impossible to find an honest HVAC (or roofing) company these days. After six years, I finally know who I can trust to replace my AC unit when it goes. Thank you Griffith!

I called at 8:30 PM, I had no AC in my house, Dorothy was sweet enough to walk me through how to clean out my AC drain tube. Was very patient with me and walked me right through every detail. And also discussed with me my new AC unit at our new house and what to do and not do with a brand new AC unit. This company is amazing. They also followed up with me first thing this morning to make sure everything was still working well. I would not recommend any other company in Lee County.

My family has used Griffith's over the years, however, yesterday was my first experience with the company. The response time was excellent. Austin is the tech who serviced my unit. He was professional, polite, and informative. The service was not only timely but also very reasonably priced. Kudos!!!

I LITERALLY cannot say enough great things about them! I called before they opened and spoke with one of the owner Dorothy. She helped me right away almost an hour before they opened. She had such an amazing attitude, very professional and sweet as can be. When the technician Austin came out he was ever so patient with me when explaining the process and the problem with our A.C. He was so genuinely kind! I will never use another company! They went above and beyond for us and we are happy to support such a great family bussniess! Do not hesitate to call them.
