Unique Services – Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

We purchased our unit in Jan/22. After it was installed we never once heard from this company to ask about our satisfaction or to ask if all was good etc. We also never heard from them about our system check up. I had to call 2 weeks before the year was up to ask them to do the one time free maintenance check. If I had not called we would not have received the free check up because the year was almost up. Then, when the maintenance was finally done I was surprised that I was not provided a free filter. Overall, I am not happy with this company. (The maintenance worker was very professional and my complaint is not about him.)

A/C was working intermittently. Unique Services got us an appt that worked for our schedule. Tech arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional.

Sean is an excellent technician he saved my life I have four stage COPD and without oxygen and air I would have died. They understood my situation. They actually cared for that I was grateful for them

Excellent customer service! Very helpful and very friendly! He took care of the issue very quickly and even took the time to explain everything ( while answering my silly questions) thank you for going above and beyond! 🙂

I contacted unique services for a full air conditioning replacement, that guy Christopher came to my house to give me a quote, when he gave me is quote, I told him that I will think about it, after hearing that he got very rude saying to me: ( you know we are not here to distribute free estimates!!) And he left immediately! That Is really a UNIQUE way to treat potential customers!

Replacement AC /Heat pump was installed today. Gregory and assistant did a very professional job. Took time to review operations and Nest thermostat set up on my cell phone. Clean up was thorough.

I just spent 17k on a new HVAC unit five months ago and told them I wanted their best unit. Today they recommended I add a UV light in the air handler! This should have been done when they sold me the unit!

We have been using Unique for the past four years for our service contract on our AC unit. They called to schedule my twice a year maintenance and they are always very pleasant to deal with and the tax that they signed have always been great and I’ve never tried to push anything on me. They make recommendations as to some things that we could do but they’re not pushy.

Jimmy did an excellent job. He cleaned up everything and the Water Heater seems to be working fine so far.
