The technician arrived in a timely manner. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. Completed the drain of the water heater efficiently and effectively. Clean up after the job and wrapped the paperwork. I would recommend the company to all.

UPDATE! Came home from a few days out of town, and house wasn't getting cool. Called mid day on a Sturday, and the tech was there by 6,performed a check and got us back up and running
We had a new AC unit installed, and were so impressed by their service that we called them back for some plumbing issues.

Very impressed with the rep and techs. They were professional, friendly and attentive. Their work was neat and orderly, they didn’t rush the job and answered all my questions. I’d highly recommend both the rep and two techs I had, they are excellent representatives for Unique Services.
WARNING: I highly DO NOT recommend the GoodLeap loan they offer even though it is 0% for 18mo. Look up and review their reviews!!! No easy way to set up auto payment 1st 18 months; they want you to forget the loan and pay high interest payments after the interest free 18 months are over. They use a credit card to pay for the item you are buying.

The service guy was good. However, I didn’t appreciate when I called in that I wasn’t told this was a normal operation of my unit. I could have decided if I still wanted them to come out and charge me $109. On top of that I don’t appreciate them trying to sell me a $300 service plan. Plus their 5 hour window for the tech to show up is ridiculous. Showed up right at the end of the window. I will be finding someone else to service and maintain my A/C and heat pump from now on.

Installed a new ac system on Thursday 6-7. Installers did not have the new ducting we paid for. They came back out Friday 6-8. Turns out they previously installed a 3 ton unit instead of the 5 ton we paid for, so they spent Friday installing the correct unit. Installers left at midnight Friday without installing the ducts they came to do, as they did not have enough supplies. As they left, I was told not to turn the ac down too much as it was not hooked up correctly and could stop working. Fast forward to Sunday 6-10. Still had not heard from their supposed 24/7 customer service. I call them and am told a Chris has been made aware of the situation and would call me. Several hours go by and I call a few more times. I finally get a call back that basically says their install dept would call me tomorrow. This entire time my house will not cool below 80° during the day. I go to check outside by the unit and I see the duct work soaked and falling off the air conditioner, and full of water at the first bend. Call customer service again and am told a service tech would show up sometime between 8 and 10 the nex

This was the 2nd time I used Unique with excellent results and response time. The service technician was new but well trained, professional and competent. The customer service team at their office was also professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to use Unique for my HVAC service needs.

This company continues to come to my elderly parents house claiming their unit needs repairs. They have been out 4 tines and each time try to charge a minimum $1,000 and never really solve the issue. The unit is only 4 years old and is a Trane, very reliable. I would use caution with this company especially if you're elderly. They should be embarrassed taking advantage of folks the way they do. Update, We had another company come out and take a look at the AC and found the problem was an electric board went out when a frog died jumping into it. You could see it plain as day. Charged less than $500 to replace vs the $16,000 Unique tried to charge to replace the entire unit. Fraudulent shameful company. Stay away from this group.

Honestly..I was ready to call someone else. No show weds. Late show thursday. Not the fault of plumbers...dispatch and service needs to step it up. Miles showed up friday, went above and beyond to make it right and more importantly fix it. For miles..5.5 stars for going the extra mile.
