Wow, Miles was the plumber who fixed my problems, answered my questions….and made me feel comfortable about the job.
He was polite and very professional. He clearly quoted a price and explained my options.
My wife even liked him! 😀

Water to house had to be cut off at street. Without water for 36 hours. Committed service window of 5-10pm. I requested asap due to lack of water. Kept calling that evening and was told technician was enroute. Technician arrived at 12:30am. I showed them the place to glue together immediately. Was charged $109 trip fee but ended up charged $250 for 30 minutes and no parts required.

This is a very professional company. Kory -sales person, Don & Mike - HVAC installers, Antonio & his assistant - technicians, and Isabella - office personnel are all polite, respectful, helpful and take your questions and requests seriously. Presently, we are very satisfied with our new AC system and service.

Barry came out on time as scheduled. He introduced himself and explained what he would be doing during the visit. He did a thorough inspection and gave suggestions on what should be done to prolong the life of our system. He took to work with our budget and explained what we needed to have done and what could wait for the next visit. We wish Barry could be the technician that serviced our system on every service call.

Had repipe and water heater replaced. While under home they cut wire and I figured out after couple days because my dishwasher did not work and 2 electrical sockets in kitchen. Austin the electrician for Unique came today to fix the issue. Did not take him long to fix the problem!! Thanks Austin now I can use my dishwasher!! The plumbers still have to come back to fix issue in master bathroom that was not done right first time. So that is why only a 3 star!

Tech was more interested in selling additional things then doing the service work. He told me the system had a da5 ;year parts warranteewhich was expired I bought the property brand new in the fall of 2018I. n my opinion he walks not familiar with the installation of a Nest thermostat and failed to get it connected blaming that on a “defective thermostat”. The product is brand new, never out of the box.

Needed a new water heater as 6 year old one sprung a leak. Went to Lowes who referred me to this company. They responded quickly and Miles did a good job fixing the problem.

Manager and Technicians were very professional and completed installation professionally in allotted time. Overall cost was a little expensive and near the top of A/C system installation costs for Naples, FL as posted on the web. However, I believe you get what you pay for.

My water heater was moved from inside my house to the garage which meant the electrical had to be rerouted as well. First the water heater didn't work, then the dryer. Unique had to change & separate the electrical breakers for the above so they would each have 220 capacity instead of 120. The guys were professional & proficient. The only downside was I was out of hot water for 3 weeks because the the plumber who came out initially wasn't qualified in electrical. With the conflicts between both our schedules it caused the delay in getting back to fix the electrical problem. With the new water heater came a coupon where the 1st visit was free, so that was Awesome!.Thanks for the good job!

Really love this company. They are quick to respond and throughly walk you through every thing they do. Not overpriced. Our technician Audelis did an awesome job diagnosing the problem and fixing it all while my kids were following his every move 😅
