Sean arrived on time and honestly I was worried if he would fit through opening and he said he'd get in and he did and did an amazing job at that. We have used Unique for over two years now for maintenance and have been very pleased with the service. We will be using them again around April or May. Thank you again.

Cleaned it, put a new light in and looked at filter I put in last week. He was clearly a Profession, the kind that Unique has had over the many years I have been with them. Very efficient and

*AVOID* if you want to avoid the headaches I’ve been through.
A short while after installing a brand new system MANY problems started showing up.
They were so bad and frequent that we had to spend many nights in hotels ($$$) over the years because
1) emergency service appointments can take days leaving our home at 90+ degrees,
2) replacement parts could take weeks to come in so we’d have an inop ac unit,
3) technicians were unable to diagnose problems.
The icing on the cake was when a technician laughed and said the new unit (Daikin) they installed is garbage and I should just pay (again) to buy a new system (Carrier).
The 10 year warranty is almost useless because it’s never less than $300 just to diagnose an issue, even if the defective component’s replacement is free. And then there’s the hassle of having to have those parts replaced.
When trying to have a conversation with a manager he told me I should be thankful for have a warranty (that I PAID FOR) because other’s don’t. How is that relevant or logical?
Save yourself the grief and go with a more reputable company, because these guys only care about 1 thing: your money.
