I was very pleased with their work done on my new AC install. Jonathan Dixon was very professional and super precise with their work enthics and answered any questions i had. The install went smooth and looks really professionally done as the previous installer did a sloppy job. My new Carrier system is gorgeous and runs like a champ !! Freakn luv the work that was done and highly recommend them as the guys for the job to be done right ! Come on summer bring on the heat ! No worries now 😂😂😂😂😂

I had a Hot water Heater installed and Miles was the technician. He cleaned up everything, my hot water Heater looks and works fabulous! I did not have to do or touch anything!! So happy!

I was not even a customer when I called this morning. Eddie Flynn came to our house at 3:30. He ran numerous diagnostics and fixed as he went. Because of his experience and problem solving ability we have AC. We will be an upcoming Unique Air customer from now on.

First time using Unique Air and the experience was amazing! They were able to come out same and fix the problem. Jimmie, the technician, was extremely helpful and very professional. I will definitely be contacting this company for future business.

The guy was here for 15 minutes or less. As far as I know he should have cleaned the coils inside and out. But all he did was change the filter inside. I don’t know what he did outside but he was inside most of the time. This is the 2nd or 3rd guy that was here for 15 minutes or less. But call the office and they can’t tell you what they are supposed to do. So they just updated the charge so they take more now and do less.

I and my parents have used and worked with Unique Air conditioning services for well over 12 years and am very happy with them. They are professional ,knowledgeable ,listen and address issues efficiently and effectively to resolve problems.They are currently working up a proposal for a new HVAC system and as always have been professional and helpful in explaining a lot to help me make an informed decision. Great people and they do a great job!

Had our annual plumbing inspection and Austin our technician was wonderful. He was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Took care of everything in a ver timely manner.

A few months before my 10th year on my AC unit, I experienced a blower failure. The lead time was not known so I was charged $300 for a “temp” motor. The first motor that went in was bad, so an additional motor was brought out. The motor ran 24/7 whether the AC was on or not. Sad thing is, despite having a “parts” warranty, there was no obligation for them to cover any part of the temp motor. I called to schedule an appointment for a new unit. The sales person showed up late and had to step away multiple times to call his sales manager. He was not aware which unit they had previously installed at my home. He did not know the inventor and my estimate was sketched out on a piece of paper. I asked for an official estimate which I received later the same day. I ended up talking to their sales manager who told me that I had an unreasonable expectation that the sales person should have known what unit was installed in my home and to receive a “formal” quote that I could order from. I also sought out a competitive quote which provided better value, better warranty and an explanation of what I was buying from Badger Bobs which I went with. The techs that came out to install my new unit mentioned they all used to work at unique and left after it was bought out.
