AirNow - Ac Repair & Installation

Excellent experience. Mark Lawrence was awesome. Explained all warranties, etc. In the meantime my unit died. He sent Evan & Oliver the next day to install new AC at 12 noon. They were courteous and knowledgeable young men. Mark went out of his way to send me a window unit. Mark was so thoughtful and caring . Completed by 6Pm. My lucky day!!!!!!!! Hallelujah

We had a comprehensive and very educational evaluation of our current system. We are remodeling parts of our home and wanted to have a full understanding of our options and how those would be impacted by future updates or changes we are making. Danny gave us multiple options and advised on the systems that would suit our needs now and as we continue to make changes in the home. His knowledge of the industry helped us identify things we had not previously considered. I really appreciate the no pressure approach while still giving me options or suggestions on items that could improve the utilization, cleanliness or efficiency of the system. When we are ready for this step I feel confident they will be great to work with.

I was told it would take 1-2 days to complete the job..I was pleasantly surprised when it was 100% completed by 4pm. They were hardworking, very professional, answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a great company for all their a/c needs

We needed a new A/C system in our house. After getting multiple companies to quote the job, we knew Air Now was going to be our choice. They were punctual and professional every step of the way. The day Danny came out to see what we would need, before the end of the day we had a thorough quote emailed to us. He followed up the next day to help us with scheduling the job and getting financing info to us. Job was scheduled, Chad & Clayton had the inside and outside units installed well within the promised timeframe. The following day, there was a minor issue. But Air Now had a technician at my house within 1/2 hour (it was after hours) and the issue was resolved. Each visit and/or call was followed by a text or email to make sure our questions were answered and we were satisfied with everything. It’s hard to find professionalism at this level these days, but we found it with Air Now!

Robert was very professional while working on our mini-split system. He explained everything he was doing before he did it. He was thorough, ruling out the possibility of any leaks, and completely cleaning the system. It runs like new. Great customer service! I enrolled in the maintenance membership because of this visit.

Brian was outstanding. Very engaging and easy to work with. He diagnosed my issue right away and was able to fix things in no time. He had great feedback on maintenance and things to be mindful of. His only weakness was he was a Chicago Bears fan. Let’s go Pats!!!

I love the fact they include a picture of the technician and GPS to track them. My technician Danial was actually available earlier than scheduled. He was neat clean and polite. He didn't rush and fixed my problem. I would definitely ask for him again.

Had to get a selfie with my new best friend Charles! I’ve been having issues with my a/c for the past month and Charles got us back up and running. He’s very professional, super friendly, and extremely knowledgeable! He deserves a raise and a vacation after all the work had to do on my system in this hot Florida heat 😆

We moved in the area Nov 2019. We went through a few AC companies and nobody has given us the personalized and caring service like AirNow! Highly RECOMMEND AIRNOW! RJ came out and our AC system has never been so clean and serviced. We use them 2 times a year maintenance and cannot tell you how worth it is to have experts servicing our HVAC now! Used 7th Generation first because they were recommended by Dry Wizard. Do not use them! We do not recommend their services at all! They sent us unskilled labor of young guys not knowing what they were doing IMHO. Use AirNow!

Excellent service with Rocky Benkert as our technician! He was extremely thorough and professional! He stayed for quite a long time, and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond of any technician we have ever had. Wonderful experience because of his work ethic and professionalism! We will definitely recommend Air Now because of the wonderful service we received!!
