We are extremely satisfied customers with Air Now for over 10 years. Their service is second to none. Their staff and technicians are wonderful. Tyler Fletcher was our technician. He was clean, neat and well dressed. He was familiar with the issue we had with our thermostat and replaced it quickly. He explained how the new thermostat worked and answered all of our questions. Tyler was courteous and well mannered . Everyone at AirNow is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Air Now for all of your HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs.

Kristopher was so nice and friendly. Very respectful and made sure I understood everything and helped us to the best of his ability. We need a whole new unit and he was quick to get us set up with our next step. I’d call him back for other services, he was a truly nice young man.

Blake did a great job of diagnosing and repairing my air-conditioning unit. He had a good attitude and was very courteous. I am very thankful for the AirNow team. My unit broke down on a Sunday morning on the hottest day of the year and they responded quickly.

My 93 yr old mother in laws ac went out on the 4th of July. I gave AirNow a call and they sent Patrick. He was great and had ac up and running again in no time. With temps in 100F range I very much appreciate Patrick and AirNow for the speediness and professionalism in restoring my Mother-in-law's air conditioning. Patrick deserves lunch!

Hands down best in the business. They were very professional. It was short, sweet, and to the point. I called yesterday evening to come look at the AC didn’t take that long for them to inspect and find the problem and the coil leak has gotten worse since last month when we had to get somebody different out to clean the coils and charge the system. sadly they wasn’t able to put refrigerant in my old unit because it had R-22. They had a guy come out this morning to give us a quote and what size unit we needed to replace. Finance was simple, quick, great payment plans, and they had they crew come replace it shortly after dealing with financing. Took them little less then a hour to completely replace the AC and furnace. They basically are the pitstop version of HVAC. Definitely highly recommend them to anybody and glad to be a customer. Pricing was reasonable and not outrageous for unit and labor. Only 750$ difference higher then previous quote we got from somebody else but the 750$ difference alone was definitely worth it for how fast they threw everything up in a short period of time.

Patrick and Shane were very professional, timely, educational, and friendly! They didn't push anything that wasn't needed, and explained everything on an understandable level to me. I have always used air now specifically because of the interactions like I had today.

Dustin responded to our service call in a timely manner. He was polite and professional. He quickly identified the issue with our AC and got us running again in no time.

Landen French was my technician. He came out and evaluated my unit. He was very prompt and courteous as well as knowledgeable. I have been screwed around by 4 different companies but I have a good feeling so far about this one!
