The technician, Dustin Exum, called to let us know he we about 30 mins out… the issue required quite a bit of troubleshooting and puzzle solving with MANY trips up and down the fold down ladder into the attic on the 2nd floor… despite it being early in the day it was really hot and he was able to figure out a solution! Super professional and great perseverance!

Kristopher was very professional the entire time. He did not leave until he knew everything was working properly. He did outstanding work.

AirNow is the second HVAC company I have used in AL. They came out a few years ago - after hours to get my AC restored. The price was fair, service was excellent, and the technician (cannot remember his name) was great. I signed up for their monthly deal where you save $ on an after hours call. They also give you a 2x yearly inspection. During my recent inspection, Tyler Fletcher brought a few items to my attention. He explained that a few of my parts were on their last legs, and was able to show me exactly what was wrong (voltages were off / etc). He was able to replace these parts before they failed, and saved me the headache of a downed AC / service call in the future.

Wonderful company, and Tyler was on time, professional and knowledgeable.
