Our AC stopped working and I called AirNow for an appointment around 1:30, they said it was a busy day and they would probably be here "later today" and gave me a time slot that started at 3. I was like "oh, easy. That's not that long of a wait."

We then got the call around 2 that they were on their way, and the technician, Adam Durham, immediately got to work on figuring out why our system stopped working. He was very communicative and said he thought he would have to come back in the morning to take care of it. After we talked, he went back up and was able to get the unit situated and running today.

Was very professional, patient, courteous, and very well priced. Estimated it would only take 4-5 hours to complete the full system install. Which beyond impresses me. This is a dream upgrade especially with the whole home air purification system for only an extra $15 a month. Montgomery air messes me up something different so I sorely needed this. Thank you so much and I look forward to a long history with you all.

Dustin was fast , efficient and very knowledgeable. He is very personable and patient considering all the questions I asked. I will recommend him and Air Now to all.

This review is for these two gentlemen and not necessarily Air Now as a company, though I heard they are under new ownership, so we will see.

Tyler Fletcher and Shane Hunt were both professional, informative and very pleasant. My A/C was struck by lightning in a storm on July 5th and caught fire and they came out within few hours of me calling. I was able to start a home owners claim with Allstate. They have been very helpful in this process. It has been very hot for my family to endure but we have tried to be very patient and realize this is a process and we are just blessed that our house did not catch fire and we end up losing more than an a/c.
I have used their services on the monthly plan and they have never disappointed us. I have nothing but good to say about Airnow.

They've recently added electrical services and very helpful in getting my led mirror wired to the switch. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable.

Due to the recent power outages, we were seeking to learn more about generators. Dulice was very helpful in getting an appointment scheduled quickly. We were able to schedule an appointment for the following day. Jeremy provided excellent customer service. He was accompanied by Ken. They were both knowledgeable, courteous, professional and patient in imparting the requested information regarding a generator. When we are prepared to make the investment, we will definitely purchase it from Air Now. We have valued the service we have received as HVAC customers and have no doubt we will be equally as pleased with any product and service we commit to in the future.

Our air conditioning went out around 5 PM and the tech was on his way by 12:30 pm the next day. Brandon, our tech, was very polite and explained the issues he found thoroughly, including showing us pictures. Several different service options were provided and the repairs were made quickly.

Patrick was great! He was super friendly, informative and quickly repaired our air conditioner. He even referred us to to get a quote from AirNow for a new unit. We will definitely be calling air now for all HAVC repair needs.

Mr. Ken Bradley did a great job. He gave excellent customer service. My husband and I are happy. We will tell others about the company. He went above and beyond.
