Jeff Lenoir was our service technician today. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our HVAC system, fixed the problem, and offered several helpful suggestions to keep our system running smoothly so that we may avoid preventable problems in the future. AirNow has come through for us every time we've called. Highly recommended.

Adam and Blake arrived,were very Polite and Professional. They started right away. Adam showed me some aspects of the units that I was unaware of. After checking everything inside they went outside and performed the checks and also cleaned the coils very good. Afterwards we sat down and Adam explained and went over a few options and we were finished. They conducted themselves very Professionally the whole time, respected my home,were dressed appropriately and were very polite the whole time in my house. I will continue using Air Now. Nate and his team were very prompt and professional. They installed our Lennox system in a timely matter and we can feel the difference already! Blake Kasarjain was our technician and he was excellent. He was able to answer all of my questions and he was very nice and professional.

Nate pulled up in the driveway with a smile and wave! I had an outlet that was scrambled, and wired incorrectly. He took a quick look at the fuse box walked into my kitchen and within three minutes diagnosed it and fixed it!! I bought a new dishwasher from Lowe’s and the technician went back-and-forth, back-and-forth, and still could not figure out how to wire it. Nate was so pleasant and so quick to fix it I was astonished needless to say very very happy. The other companies I called to take a look at it (I called many) charged $190 just to come out and another fee ( they wouldn’t tell me how much) to then fix it. I highly recommend Airnow Home services!!!!! My cost was $79 you can’t beat that anywhere! Diana Worcester
