Brandon was great, but a few days after he did his work, my air conditioner didn't work and they had to replace it. The financing person gave me four options, all above $18,000. I've never replaced an AC so I had no idea what it would cost, and because we're going into summer in Alabama and I thought I had no choice, I agreed to it. But after talking with friends and family, I have realized how predatory they were with selling me a system I cannot afford.

Caleb, our technician, was on time and very conscious about the inspection and maintenance he performed while at our home. He took time to explain everything and answered our questions. He represents the company in an exemplary manner and we will continue to use the company.

Tyler F. was great! I thoroughly enjoyed his professionalism, honesty, and overall good nature. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all of my questions and even took the time to patiently explain and demonstrate the heating system issue to my autistic son. This gesture and act of kindness really made his day!
