The lady scheduling my appointment had me waiting for a tech on the first attempt. I called the company and she said that they were on trouble calls. It would have been helpful to have known that ahead of time.

The tech that made it on the second visit was very professional and was really easy to talk to. Any questions I had for him he replied with an answer that I understood. Work was completed with good quality and timely.

Brandon was wonderful he took time with us we really enjoyed him If any trouble I would call again...

Brandon Blackwell is very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and fast. He quickly located the problem in the AC unit, replaced the parts and replaced a faulty thermostat. He gave me advice on what problems to look for in the future based on the age of my AC system but did not try to convince me to have unnecessary work done. I’m very satisfied.

Jeff called to let us know he was on the way just a short time after we requested service. He diagnosed and repaired the problem and explained to me what he was doing and why.
He listened to our concerns, recommended and we had him install a possible solution. Air Now keeps their employees because they are treated right. Jeff is a quality employee.

Ken was great. He took time to explain everything to me. I am sold on him and AirNow! I have not decided on moving forward because my wife is not in favor of it at this time. It may take some time for me to convince her.

Austin Lawley and Kyle came out today and fixed a leak in a pipe in my front yard. They found the source of the leak and in no time had it repaired. I would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

Brandon responded in a timely manner and let us know when he could come out. He was able to add coolant so that we can survive these hot Alabama summers!

Kristopher was very professional and efficient ! Our ac quit working in the middle of the night and he was here 1st thing on July 4th! He had us up and running in no time! Even followed up with us 3 days later and made sure all was working well still! Been using Air now for at least 25 years now, bought 3 new systems and have never been disappointed in their service. We don't call anyone other than Air Now!! Thanks Air Now!!

Called first thing and Brandon was there within the hour. Fast service not even knowing we were leaving for vacation. Got it fixed quick.

Adam and Daniel were here and also found a leak in hot water heater. Above and beyond the maintenance services. Very nice and professional gentlemen. Thank you very much.
