AirNow - Ac Repair & Installation

Brian came out for Air Now and he was as professional, punctual and knowledgeable as all get out. He double checked work from another provider and explained in clear easy to follow detail what was missing, not working and not done to spec. I had full and complete confidence in Ni’s assessment as he was my second opinion. He was much more thorough then the first and his assessment was more complete by an order of magnitude. I will love Neian forever and would adopt him if I could. I can and I will be using Air Now to install a new system, and using them as well to service my other two from now until the end of time.

Technician was extremely thorough. Explained all he had done and provided a valuable assessment of our HVAC equipment and options going forward. Most importantly, the technician was courteous and personable which will shed a positive light on Air Now. We hope to have this technician serve us in future maintenance visits.

First time using AirNow. We called them in the morning and they had technician, Arsen, here in the afternoon. Arsen was great. He fixed our problem, checked our system, gave use some general advise about thermostats and maintenance, and also gave us some recommendations. Professional, pleasant and helpful.

Arsen was the technician on my recent residential maintenance visit. He was on time, prepared, professional, and very knowledgeable. Arsen was also very courteous and friendly, explaining his work as he accomplished it, and made any necessary improvements to the system along the way. He cleaned the system and area when his work was completed. AirNow employees always give me a positive impression in person and on the phone. AirNow maintained and repaired my previous system and installed my current new system. I definitely plan to remain a customer for the long term.
