Brian was very professional he took time to explain everything he took pictures and then he had his boss come out and explain things even more and I felt very comfortable with this company I have them repairing and replacing all duct work for me I I would definitely recommend them

I originally posted a good review on this company. In my second interaction they tried to take me fast. The technician quoted me over 2200 on replacing warranty parts. Stated my compressor starter windings were shorted out and called in a field specialist. This specialist recommended I spend a discounted price over 10500.00 to replace my under warranty unit. After searching Better Business complaints this is their method of fleecing people. Do business elsewhere. My unit had the gas leak fixed, filled and the compressor is fine runs today and not replaced. Do Not Do Business With These People!

Very prompt service, arriving within a couple hours from time of call. Friendly dispatcher and outstanding service technician. Arsen was knowledgeable, personable and went above and beyond in explaining the situation and repair work required. Overall excellent service from start to finish! Technician was very professional, courteous and respectful. I am very happy with the service and meet my needs to answer my questions/ concerns to be addressed.

When I called at 5AM their call center was on top of it, then got me scheduled for the same day. 92* day meant I was hoping to get serviced ASAP. They were here by NOON and I am back up and running.

We had a brand new LG system and all new ductwork done in our home that was built in the 80's. The guys were extremely professional and informative, Jim- our original tech- was kind and constantly checking progress, and overall I feel confident in the system and new duct work. They have been responsive even after installation as far as making sure everything works smoothly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

Arden Kushnir showed up to work on our A/C unit. He was very professional, reasonably priced for his services and we would recommend him to anyone! He charged up 218.00 when Unique Air gave us a price of 750.00 and didn’t show the first time! We had to call again the next day for this guy to come out. We liked Air Now because Arden showed up when he said he would and we signed up for a once a year service agreement with them!
