My AC was not fuctioning properly. I have a medical condition significantly affected by heat. I called Nice Air late on a Saturday, and Carlos made trip out to help. He was able to isolate the issue and got my system back up and running. Nice Air is professional, courteous and truly care about their customers. Thank you Carlos and Nice Air for your help!

Carlos was great explaining everything. My ducts had to be replaced. Frank was also very helpful my ac worked but the ducts were damaged due to rodents. They were to come out on Tuesday and when I said I couldn’t be without ac until then, Frank called back and they came next day. Carlos and Roberto was very courteous and knowledgeable.

I called them yesterday and Brycen was able to get me scheduled for maintenance today with Roberto.
Scheduled time was between 12-1 but Roberto showed up at 1030 after I received a text stating he was on his way! He was so pleasant and professional. He thoroughly checked/cleaned my a/c for over an hour!!
There was no pressure at the end to do a service plan, but I did because I was so impressed!

Needed a new HVAC system due to leak issues with my old one. Frank recommended a new system and got everything coordinated with his installation team and a local crane company. Carlos and Roberto were quick and efficient with replacing the system. They explained everything thoroughly and are a joy to work with.

Nice Air replaced my old upstairs AC system with new 2.5 tonne Bryant units in under 4 hours with no issues at all and their technicians were excellent. AC is working well and i think the cost was reasonable at $7k. Will certainly use them again.

My husband and I chose Nice Air after having an amazing and personalized consult/home visit with them. They assisted us with an concern we were having with our unit, an issue our regular HVAC contractor couldn't (or was choosing not to) solve. We found each of the team members with Nice Air to be personable, incredibly professional, and efficient in providing high quality service at a reasonable price. After services were performed the team members cleaned up the areas in which they worked leaving our home cleaner than before they arrived. I even caught them dusting off the furniture... Incredible!
