Nice Air, LLC Cooling & Heating

I have used Nice Air for 8 years. They repaired the old A/C. Several years later they installed the new A/C unit. They have 24 he. service. I have had an emergency and they were there the same day, within an hour or two. Carlos is my favorite.

I wanted to reach out to you and tell you what an outstanding job Carlos
did during the recent maintenance inspection for my condo on Alderman St.
As an absentee owner of a rented unit, and never having seen any maintenance
I thought it important to familiarize myself with the system. I scheduled the
work for a time I would be in Florida. Your employee could not have been more
thorough and pleasant. I shadowed him and he explained everything that he was
doing. His appearance and manners were exemplary. The renter and I were
very pleased by this interaction. GOOD JOB!!

Carlos came to do a general service on our heating and cooling system. He took time to clean our portable A/C also.

We bought our new system with Nice Air over 3 years ago. Yesterday (Saturday, on a holiday weekend) it stopped working and our inside temp quickly rose to 85 degrees. We called Rick right away, and he remembered we had two young children, and he immediately sent Carlos out to us. Carlos is always so sweet, and efficient. We had our AC back on within an hour of it going out! We highly recommend Nice Air, they bend over backward for their customers.
