This company was great! They came out right away and fixed my broken heater and then checked the rest of my A/C unit to make sure it was working properly. They were very nice, professional and clean. I would definitely use them again!

At a time of confusion and despair-Hi Grade Heating & Air Conditioning team received my distress call on Saturday. I was out of town medical treatments, repairman came within a couple of hours, saved me from a weekend of cold temperatures in my home - which happened over several weeks. Following Monday Tom the service provider came completed annual furnace check up and was able to update thermostat on the spot. They were my on-site champions, however staff that coordinated the service calls were fantastic!

We had Marcus from Hi Grade Heating & Air Conditioning and he was great! We have a programmable and zones digital thermostat that badly needed upgraded. He came out and solved the problem and did a follow up on it to make sure it was upgraded and working properly! Thank you!!

Our a/c system stopped working over the weekend, called this company early this morning and they came out by that afternoon as promised. Our a/c was restored back and we were very amazed with the service and experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, staff was pleasant and the service was seamless.
