I hired Hers & His Plumbing Heating and Air to completely install a new HVAC system and used them again to install a new water heater. Their services were awesome!
I live in central Florida and my inside AC handler was fried to a crisp due to a lightning surge. Pretty bad. Melted control board, fried wires, just a total fire hazard. House and unit are only 10-years old. Honestly my home did not catch fire out of the grace of god.
My regular AC company, in which I pay a service a plan, was unable to come out to help the situation. I went online to Hers and His, filled their contact form, and their office immediately responded and sent out a manager within two hours. They recommended I change the handler, but with the unit being 10 years old, I opted to change the handler and outdoor heat pump. The brand they used for the install was Goodman.
They have excellent financing options though Greensky which allowed me to also get my water heater replaced since it was also iffy. Went with a more energy efficient water heater. The install for both the AC and water heater was seamless and I am super happy with how everything turned out. Big recommend!

We were assigned hers and his through our warranty providers. The initial appointment was great! After that nothing has happened. We have received no updates on our new basic ( No special features) water heater after repeated requests on the status of our order. It’s been over 2 months! We have called and texted multiple times. We have been left with a water heater braking through its support structure and leaking co 2 for over 2 months! Poor communication and no follow through.
In response to their response below about not having any record of us—- I made yet another call to their office this morning. Again I was told the manager would call me about the situation today. I am still waiting for that call… The people answering the phones can only put in the request. I will update this review if anything is done.
I called the warranty company again and The warranty company continues to say that Hers and His has not released this job so they can’t reassign it. In addition, the warranty company has repeatedly told me that hers and his are the ones ordering the parts so we are to contact them. Again nothing has been done and no information or resolution is being provided. I can’t even get a phone call from anyone or an answer to my texts for information.

I had duct work repairs/replacement needed in a hard to get area in my attic. Nathan came out to give an estimate and immediately let me know that he would need back up because of the layout of the attic and 1951/52 antique attic fan (not functional) in the way. We scheduled a follow up but unfortunately family crisis delayed that appointment. Hers & His followed up with me to reschedule. Felix came out, pointed out other issues with the attic handler. Felix and Nathan returned the very next week, replaced all at a fair price and got it done. Ask for Felix or Nathan - they are fantastic and have my loyalty.

Thank you Jason Hunt, Service Manager, for promptly assessing the plumbing problem and offer a solution quickly this past week.
Jason showed me the piece of plumbing that was not working and told me it needs to be replaced. He replaced needed piece and toilet is working fine now.

Nate was the technician that came to the house, pleasant, informative, on time, and quick to find the problem. Unfortunately i have a 2 story house and the problem was upstairs in master bathroom shower. He explained that he would have to cut a hole in downstairs family room ceiling to find the problem area, also explained they remove but don’t replace it, no problem I already knew that. Problem was found fixed and I’m happy that I hired this company. There competent, friendly, informative, knowledgeable and just plain pleasant.. Thank you Nate for a job well done!!!

My technician , Joey, was fantastic he was knowledgeable and thorough. He understood the working of our water heater with it new technology. We have a smart
water heater that also cools the garage as it heats water. He understood how to fix it.

We have used this company on two other jobs with no concerns. However, this time was different. I was contacted at 3pm the day before an appointment to cancel and reschedule services on a commercial rental. Three of four tenants work and took the day off to meet the plumber at their home at the original time. When asked for a reason, I was told their team ran out of time the day before and would not have resources to come out as scheduled. There we no apologies and a general lack of customer service and sarcasm. It took 41 minutes to learn why the appointment was cancelled/rescheduled and get another date on the calendar. This company was contracted through a warranty company and another one was not available. I wish they provided more customer service and support for lower income individuals that cannot easily work around their schedule. An appointment scheduled over a week in advance should not be cancelled due to internal challenges by a company.

I am a property manager and the owner is working through American Home Shield.The first time they made the appt, they did not bother to call and tell me that they didn’t have the staff to service the home on the date they set up. On the second try, they claimed that the owner called and said that they had an emergency and could not be there. Not true. He never called, texted…
So third time’s the charm, right? I was told that the repair person would be there between 8-12a , so I cleared my schedule from 8-1p. The day before they arrive, they called to give me a window between 11-2. So now I have to clear my entire afternoon schedule.
This company does not respect MY time at all. Of course I complained to the dispatcher, but basically got a ‘well that’s just how it is.’
It’s now 1:15. Will I, or Won’t I get a call? 🤔
Update: now 3pm. No call/no show. Had to contact AHS to reassign to someone, hopefully, more reliable.

His and Her Plumbing was assigned to us by our home warranty company, and Casey has been the technician to come out. On the first visit he rebuilt two toilets have issues, while one had no further problems, the other proceeded to have issues.
He has come back and looked at it and tried everything to include taking the toilet apart to make sure he wasn’t missing anything.
So far no further issues with that one, I give them 5 stars even through the multiple recalls because each time every person I spoke to was professional, kind, and wanted to figure out the problem. Casey has been on time each time and he’s explained to me what he’s tried and what he thinks it was or could be.
I would recommend them and if I have issues in the future without warranty coverage, I would call them.
