AirNow - Ac Repair & Installation

Arsen Kushnir did really great job. Honestly he is the best AC technician ever came to my house. Very experienced, professional, polite knowledgeable, I’m really happy with the service, I will definitely recommend Airnow services. Ashley, the receptionist was really nice also very attentive and friendly person.

Technician Arsen came out and was very thorough with explaining everything and determined what the problem was. Was able to repair the ac in a timely manner and also took care of the system maintenance while he was out to do the repair. Great service.

Ashley keeps us up to date on maintenance schedules and status of the arrival of the service tech and she’s always so nice. Very happy with my latest experience with Air Now. I called service for what I perceived as a problem noise coming from my AC system. Chris, the service tech, called and ask if it was OK to come by earlier than our appointment. It was a good surprise. Chris was very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. 👍

AirNow came out and diagnosed what the problem was for my A/C. AIRNOW told me that the motor was not working and my mother board and switch board needed to be replaced as well and it would cost me $1780.00. I decided to get a second opinion and had Bayonet to come out and check my unit out, they told me that the motor was gone same as AirNow did, but he also told me that my switch board and mother board was good and it didn't need to be replaced. I was given a quote of $1300.00 plus the fee for them to come out. So I chose Bayonet

Sherry was professional and helpful. The technician, Chris was knowledgeable and walked my father through his service call. They need to come back and finish/complete the work. I’m hopeful this we’ll be in a timely fashion.

Over the past couple months, AirNow technicians have investigated the sources of problems in our attic HVAC system. They recommended and installed new ductwork and performed electrical repairs. After that work was completed. Arsen Kushnir diagnosed and repaired the sources of water leaking from the air handler and plenums through our garage ceiling. He clearly explained the source of the water and the repairs that were needed. He then performed the repairs. Of all the technicians I’ve encountered, Arsen was by far the best. You are quite fortunate to have this skilled and dedicated technician on your team.
