    Do not use Magnolia Plumbing in an emergency! We have sewage coming up through our pipes into our house. We had a 6-8 appointment slot tonight. It’s 8:30, no one has shown up, no phone call, and no one from the call center will return our calls. How does this company stay in business?

    Had an emergency with a water line leak. Of course, it was around 9:00 at night. Had to shut off the water. Called and asked if someone would at least call me and let us know if they couldn't come out at night, just to give me a call and the morning would be fine. The woman I had spoken with said, someone would call me. Heard nothing at all over an hour. Got somebody else and he came from Severn that night and had taken care of the problem. Called Magnolia back to cancel since I didn't hear from anybody. Was told not a problem. Next morning I received a call from Magnolia and was told the technician would be out by noon. Go figure!!!! I think they are a reputable company, but that night, very poor communication.

    When installing the whole home water filtration system on my house in my attic, they did not insulate the lines. They froze this week during the cold snap.

    Carlos R serviced our HVAC unit. He was prompt, highly professional, and very communicative explaining everything he was doing to service and repair the equipment. Magnolia Plumbing managed to set up the appointment on short notice, and Carlos was prepared to do all the necessary work on the spot. I would highly recommend Magnolia, and Carlos R.

    I called stating that my kitchen sink was leaking. I bought a replacement at Home Depot. They quickly assigned a plumber & quoted me a price of $75 + "a little bit more." The next day I received a call that the plumber "could not make it". It was rescheduled for noon the next day (today!). Ha! The plumber arrived 10 minutes to 2pm !!! Almost two hours late! I asked if he could replace the faucet-"Yes" was his answer. How much? He gave me a written estimate of $661 !!! I supplied the part & the charge was $661? "Yes" he said. For less than an hour's work? "Yes" he said. This appears to be a classic Bait & Switch swindle! I contacted the boss who spoke to him in private & refused to change the price. I asked him. to leave. Problems with Magnolia-1)Late without telling me when they would arrive. 2)Classic overcharge! Consumers beware!!!!!

    Magnolia plumbing was efficient and cost saving with replacing my water heater. They made sure I checked the warranty of my tank so I did not unnecessarily purchase a new tank, and mine was still under warranty. I was very pleased and thankful for the fantastic work.

    Carlos was by far the friendliest and most informative interaction with Magnolia we have had to date and we have had some great experiences with Magnolia. Carlos took the time to review the issues we were experiencing and was very thorough in his explanations. I hope to have Carlos provide support in the future when we call Magnolia. Employees like Carlos are a big reason why we continue to return to magnolia for our needs. We have used Magnolia over the years for a new Furnace, AC, Water Heater and maintenance needs.

    I couldn't just select just one description, I like the service, the responsiveness, punctuality, quality and value of this company. I was really impressed. Mr. Reed walked into my house and immediately told me that I'd had a history of having the same problem with my furnace; and told me that he was going to resolve the problem today. And he did! The major problem was the thermostat, along with other issues, which he fixed. I quickly had heat, thanks to Carlos.

    The pandemic made replacing my water heater extremely difficult. Nobody had water heaters in stock! Duane went above and beyond to help me find a replacement water heater and get it installed. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about exactly what needed to be done. He communicated throughout the process, even when things were stalled because of backorders and slow shipping. Duane briefed me on best and worst case scenarios and pointed out errors the condo developer made that he corrected. He was able to do some very intricate work in a very tight space and completed the work in a timely fashion. Duane is a credit to the plumbing profession.

    My AC gave out early this morning. I called Magnolia and they quickly dispatched Carlos to my apartment. Carlos was fantastic and in about 2 hours I was back up and running. He checked the entire system thoroughly and replaced a few other parts as well. Magnolia is the best and Carlos was fantastic. I purchased the annual maintenance contract and will be requesting Carlos again!
