    Magnolia responded quickly and had Carlos R. at my house the same day I called. My boiler had stopped working overnight, so I woke up with no heat and no hot water. Carlos diagnosed the problem and fixed it, even saying well into the night to be sure everything was working properly. He is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

    I felt overcharge for simple repairs and I didn't get a receipt. I had to call late at night and hope someone will send me a receipt. I felt like the repair guy was getting a commission on the sale or service. I hope my feelings are true because I really like the magnolia staff, work and dedication to customer service.

    Russ was awesome to work with at Magnolia. He came and took a look at our old water heater, which was still working but is going on 16 years old. He gave an upfront quote for the work, answered all my questions about going tankless versus a new tank, why they're using the equipment they're using, and all the other details of the install. We decided to move forward and when he came back, he was in and out in 2 hours. He and his team worked very clean, answered all my post-install questions, demonstrated all the features on the tank, showed us the plumbing enhancements they made, provided us with all the owners manuals, and lastly informed us about the upcoming inspection by WSSC. While Magnolia isn't the least expensive option, they are highly professional, employ high quality people, and are very very thorough. We're extremely satisfied.

    They came to install a convector for us, and the whole process dragged from spring to fall. We understood that they had to work with a vendor to get the correct model, so we never complained and were trying to be as accommodating as possible. But because we never said anything, I felt like they were not treating us seriously and taking advantage of us. Every time they came, they told us they had to come back because they needed to check something else, order a different part, etc. They never followed up with us on when they would come back until we asked (and then they even told us that we had to make separate appointments with the office); they were always late and did not tell us that they were running late until the time they were supposed to show up - sometimes they didn't even bother to say anything until we asked if they were still coming. When they were not able to install the convector and the weather started to get cold, they said they were going to give us a portable heater, so we can use that in the interim. Instead, they sent us a portable air-conditioner. We had even double checked with them to make sure it was actually a heater...and they confirmed with us it was an air-conditioner and a heater. They came probably more than 10 times to try to install the convector. The last time they were supposed to come (we had even texted the night before to confirm with them that they were indeed coming), they called us around the time they were supposed to show up and told us that they got confused with the schedule, so they could not do it. It was not until we demanded that the convector had to be installed on the same day, did they finish the job.

    Carlos Reed is excellent. He's smart, professional, honest, thorough and very knowledgeable about his work. He fixed my AC the same day I called it in. He didn't rush, and made sure everything was working well before leaving. I recommend him highly. I've had excellent with luck with Magnolia and have made them my "go to" company for plumbing and HVAC

    Reggie and Darrell are the epitome of great customer service. Reggie came to our condo on Saturday to fix our air conditioner. He didn’t have the part that he needed. He made a point to check on the part availability first thing on Monday morning and made sure that we were his first appointment on Monday morning. Reggie was very professional and thorough in his explanation of the repairs. It’s apparent that he takes great pride in his work.

    Darrell came out the next day to install a ne garbage disposal. He was very quick and efficient and did a great job of explaining things.

    We’re gold contract members with Magnolia. We consistently have great service and we wholeheartedly recommend Magnolia!

    My furnace went out over a weekend. I left a message with Magnolia on their web site. First thing Monday morning, they called and said I could be the first appointment of the day. From dispatch to the technician, Carlos, everyone was friendly, efficient, and had the furnace back up and running in no time. Great customer service!

    I reached out last night about an active leak in my condo. I explained water was pour out of the ceiling and I’m collecting it in buckets. They took my information down and said someone would call me back ASAP. I waited for them to contact and nothing. Not even a call telling me they couldn’t come or help. For someone with an active leak like that I’m very disappointed they couldn’t be bothered to even call and let me know they can’t come

    I needed to have several plumbing repairs handled at my place of residence. So I contacted Magnolia Plumbing. They have always been professional and knowledgeable. Last week I have Duane Cunningham arrive and he was very polite and professional and very efficient. He explained all of what would be needed to perform the repairs and he performed each task timely and effectively. Magnolia Plumbing Heating and Cooling will always be my 1st choice.
