Adonis was amazing to work with — from system inspection and replacement estimate through installation. He was able to provide an estimate meaningfully below other two other companies I consulted and with no sacrifice on quality of product. He was easily accessible and communicative throughout the whole process and always open to and patient with my questions. In all it only took 5 days to have a new installed Bryant hvac system— from consultation to completion. Thank you to Adonis, AJ and the Riley Heat & Air team. 5 stars :)

Adonis and his team from Riley Heat & Air are far and away the best in the area. I have called multiple companies, none of which could tell me the issue, let alone provide service to our unit. Adonis is honest, knowledgable, professional, and quick. Their team installed a brand new HVAC system for us in less than half a day, and at a very fair price. This place was fantastic, to be honest. They took my ring at on a weekend evening, if I'm not mistaken, and I, distressed, asked the guy (I believe it was some Greek guy, but I forget his name) for urgent advice regarding my newly-bought portable AC. It was pretty obvious from the getgo that I couldn't use these guys' services, but the gentleman still began giving top-notch, insightful advice that broke me free from the impasse I found myself in with my AC. The guy, whom I assume speaks for the rest of the folks in the company, knows his stuff like nobody's business and is a selfless, devoted and hardworking dude. I can tell a lot about a guy when he gives excellent advice on a difficult question and I can tell even more when it comes free. I highly recommend Riley.

We had a great experience with Riley Heat and Air! Adonis came to our house in DC within hours of our call, diagnosed the issue and gave us a great quote on a new Carrier system. He installed the system the next day (yes, that fast!) and we were cool in no time. Riley Heat and Air replaced my 20 year old heat pump on 6/14/2019. From the initial estimate to the installation I found them to be professional, and really knowledgeable. Adonis was great! He answered all of my questions and helped to ease some of the anxiety that comes along with having to replace a major system in your home. On installation day. They were on time, came in, got the job done, made sure that everything was cleaned up and then gave me an overview of my new heat pump. Once I got the overview, Adonis helped with the online registration of my system as well as the set up of my new smart thermostat. I highly recommend Riley Heat and Air and Will definitely be calling on them for any of my future heat and air needs.
