Adonis with Riley Heat & Air was incredibly responsive and helpful. He diagnosed the problem with my home HVAC quickly and offered several courses of action for me to consider. His work was high quality and fairly priced.

I am extremely happy with the experience I've had with Riley
heat and air!! We worked with the same tech that did our estimate (great to deal with the same person all the way through the process). Adonis was great, honest, fair price (when other company were going to charge almost double), to the point, efficient and always answered my calls and texts whenever I had any questions and I can't say that about any of the other companies that we initially attempted to work with. My wife and I bought this dc row home in April, winter is fast approaching, our furnace and water heater desperately needed updating. Some of the other "bigger" companies we first contacted out right tried to rip us off. Another company just blew us off after we had everything set and ready to go. Adonis and his assistant Bruno did an outstanding job!! In the time frame they promised and at the estimated cost they told us in the beginning. They also pointed out to us that our core for the central air was extremely dirty and they professionally cleaned it. It was evident that the previous owners of the house rarely changed the air filter and that's a job that would have required a certified technician, taking out the furnace and we were very happy and relieved to get that job done as well. Thanks to the Riley, we will be nice and toasty this winter. I highly recommend them!!!

We moved into our home earlier this year. It is 70 years old and has never had central air. Adonis came out quickly and quoted a very good price for a new Bryant system. He and his crew did a great job keeping the work area clean and the dust down. He took his time and made the installation look great. Adonis at Riley Heat & Air is a true professional and probably the most responsive technician I’ve ever encountered. He’s friendly, through, and knowledgable. Given how miserable life can be when the AC or heat aren’t work, a company like Riley Heat & Air with technicians like Adonis are comforting to have available.

Adonis is very responsive and open to questions and talked me through exactly what was going on with our HVAC, and gave me the pros/cons of all the options. He takes the time to make sure you see and understand what is going on, even though you are not an expert on HVAC systems. We did a full system replacement with his team, and they did a great job with the install. We would recommend him and his team. Other HVAC technicians we have dealt with are not nearly as thorough or willing to give you the cons about certain approachs (especially those that would make more money for the technician). Adonis was always very responsive, always on time.

Riley Heat & Air is the best around. Adonis is honest, friendly and prompt. His price is very competitive and he does quality work! He really takes care of his customers. He takes the time to explain all the issues and gives your options to resolve the problem. We have used his services several times for our building (several units). We have not been disappointed. As one of many owners of an older home, I was concerned about how much cash I would have to invest on my recently failed central air condition unit. The technician from Riley Heat & Air arrived and quickly began his assessment. Not only did he carefully check my system but explained what he was doing step-by-step and even suggested preventative measures for the future. After narrowing down the problem (which turned out to be not a huge problem), he resolved it quickly and professionally...and it didn't break the bank. I highly recommend Riley, the courtesy, service, and professionalism I received was beyond compare, and it didn't hurt that it was affordable.

We were very pleased with Riley Heat and Air, especially after a less-than-helpful experience with another company. They responded to our call quickly, made a diagnosis, and we got a complete HVAC overhaul within 5 days. The technician (Adonis) was very helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure the service was finished in a timely manner... quite important given it was the middle of June in DC. Adonis even stayed late on a Friday night to finish the installation, even when the initial expectation was that it would be completed the following Saturday.

Since the initial installation, we've had an issue with a leak from condensation on the unit (I don't believe this was related to the quality of the unit or service, however), and Adonis/Riley were once again very helpful and prompt in taking care of the issue. He was back to the house within a day, and created a temporary fix for the unit until a more permanent one was available. A couple of weeks later he was back for the permanent fix. Both have held, and we haven't experienced any other issues.

I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality, prompt service... especially during what I'm sure is one of the busiest times of year for HVAC service.
