    Riley Heat & Air overhauled the ductwork in my house from top to bottom, including the unfinished crawl space below the ground floor. They also installed two attic fans to help cool the upstairs level in the summer. Adonis and his team did a really terrific job, and the high quality of the duct repairs and installation is still apparent 1.5 years later: the whole house stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter without large fluctuations between the different levels. When I recently requested a service call for a related heating issue, they arrived promptly and did not charge a diagnostic fee. I can't recommend Riley Heat & Air highly enough!!!

    Adonis and his team were on time, incredibly clean and efficient, and they were right on target with their estimate. They were able to complete the job quickly and and were always very easy to communicate with. If you have a HVAC issue, go with Riley Heat and Air!

    There aren't enough great things to say about this company and their staff. Our AC stopped working on the hottest day of the summer so far (heat index of 110) and I called Riley around 8 am and was told someone would call me within 30 min with a time and if they could come today. Adonis (so sorry if that's misspelled!) called in 30 min and was at my door within the next 20. It was LESS than $100 to diagnose and fix our minor issue - I owe this company and Adonis everything!!!! We will be a forever customer.

    Had Riley Heat and Air over to fix a broken heater. The technician was prompt (he even called 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know that he was on the way). The prices were beyond reasonable and the service was quick and efficient. I highly recommend Riley Heat and Air.

    The technicians from Riley are always responsive and professional. They were great on doing maintenance of our older HVAC system and when we went to invest in a new unit the installation was ideal. I will not use another HVAC maintenance and repair company. I used a number of contractors prior to discovering Riley and Riley is the gold standard of what you want in customer service.

    Riley Heat & Air absolutely came through in the clutch. My condo HVAC unit was totally on the fritz on one of the hottest days of the year and they made it to my in peak season within an hour of my call. Typing this while bathing in AC and giving my blessings to Riley Air and my fantastic tech. Couldn't recommend more.

    Riley Heating and Air Conditioning removed an oil furnace from our home and installed a gas and central air conditioning unit. The installer dismantled and removed the oil furnace (by himself) that was in a small confined space in less than 2 hours. That was amazing! He came back the next day and installed the new furnace all in one day. He was very personable, and professional. It was a smooth and seamless process; it couldn't have been done any better!! Thank you Riley Heating and Air Conditioning!!!

    What a nightmare! I hired them to fix a broken ac less than one hour ago. They gave me one year warranty. I I call and the said it was still covered. Some came over to take a look at and order parts. Again, he asked me to show credit card charge and I was expecting just service fee ( what I was told over the phone ). After equipment was installed they gave me a $1500 bill. I was like " what"?!! They took $500 off, but we had to ad gas end this and that. I felt ripped off!!!!! One one mentioned $1500 at anytime until service was done.

    Owning my first place and having to deal with HVAC issues was daunting....I've read a number of bad reviews for other companies before coming across Riley Heat and Air. The technician was on time and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service - which is hard to find these days! Several days later i had an electrical circuit breaker issue in additon to the first capacitor problem and the same rep was giving me advice on what to do over text messages after work hours - what company does that these days?! Super impressed. He even came out a second time (worked around my schedule) and found the problem/issue. I wish all contractors were so pleasant to deal with and were so responsive.

    We had an issue with our heating on a cold night - Riley came right out that night. They diagnosed issue right away and it was fixed. The Riley team was great and very friendly. We will be using them next time.
