Had a technician come to service our HVAC as we prepare to sell our home and while he did a good job inspecting, his report contained no punctuation and is incredibly hard to understand. After calling Magnolia 4 days in a row asking for an updated, clear report that could be shared with other parties we still don’t have one and are passed around to a new technician who will “send it over shortly” but never do. Don’t expect any small task to be completed timely.

Carlos was on time and quickly and thoroughly assessed A/C issues. He recommended some necessary service but was clear to not oversell on other items, though he had recommendations for future attention. Carlos also helpfully explained what he was looking at and how the system worked. Clean, courteous and fully responsive! A+ service
