    Landlord's Mother thought highly of the founder of Magnolia and pushed this company on his to use for repairs. They did okay job repairing Trane HVAC 6 years ago. Landlord used them to install his new Navien combi boiler. He spent over 15k including labor.
    That was 2/2022.
    Flashforward to 10/2022. SH did not engage several times. Then it started working again fine for 2 weeks. Had a warm spell in the weather and didn't use it again until mid November. DHW always working just fine.
    Landlord called Magnolia and the first person they sent out didn't know anything about Naviens. He didn't bother to tell my landlord and me this fact until he had sat in his work truck for 3 hours apparently waiting for help from Navien. He never mentioned seeing any error code to either of us. Instead he would ask someone else more experienced to return new day.
    Very cold night and was happy when Landlord informed me that Magnolia promised to send someone experienced. By this time I had presented the situation to every possible HVAC and heatinghelp forum online. From reddit's HVAC advice to heatinghelp and terry love forums, I explained the no heat issues I was dealing with.
    Universally, the experienced members on these boards told me it had to be the 3 way valve failing. They said it's not fixable.
    So a senior tech and assistant came out and said they fixed it the 3 way valve. Not my house, not my boiler, and no one seemed interested in listening to a woman with opinions. They said they heat was fixed and quickly left.
    Ran hot water and then heat wouldn't come on again. Hot water fine as usual.
    Landlord is also my roommate now and said he'd get them back out. They returned and claimed it was a pump issue.
    They repaired it and confirmed that radiators had heat. They did. I almost mentioned the issue with turning on DHW and that seeming to trigger the valve to get stuck.
    They left and again after running hot water briefly, heat went off and wouldn't turn back on. After 6 hours temp in house dropped down to upper 50s.
    I was desperate for heat and used the suggestion of one of the techs online. He said to keep turning heat and hot water on and off to try and "trick it" into working. Finally after about 75 times, heat came on. Whne landlordroommate returned home he was amazed the heat was working. Decided to not even try to run the hot water all weekend.Heat worked great all weekend.
    Now on Monday started running hot water again. Same issue of no heat, but at least I have been able to make the trick work again after a couple hours. The valve clearly needs to be replaced with a new one but they have not returned my landlord's calls in a few days. Don't understand why Magnolia sells Naviens when according to Navien they are not NSS certified on them

    Magnolia Plumbing Service. A couple of days ago I noticed water was leaking from my hot water tank. Call around for estimates for a tankless water system but was shock at the prices. I call several companies for the estimate and decided to go with a regular tank water heater. I chose Magnolia Plumbing to replace my tank. The plumbing service technician was mainly why I chose this company. He followed up that night with a call to see if I made a decision to go with his company. He saw that my water was ready to go and to call in the morning if I had any problems. Sure enough, that night the water tank fail and water all over the place. I called the plumbing technician Pasquale Skok, he call back and told he would check his schedule and see if he could come that morning. He did come and installed my new water heater and this is the first time that I received such great service from a Plumbing company. Magnolia Plumbing your technician is a true value to your company. He is probably why I will do business with your company in the future. As long as to send Pasquale to do the job. Thanks Pasquale for your sincere help.

    Service was speedy but over priced. Replaced an owner supplied faucet in less than an hour cost me $400. Absurd.

    Excellent and prompt professional service. Our technician, Saeid, was courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing, what the problem was, and what needed to be done. Any time an additional item or potential problem was mentioned, it was done in the way of suggestion and not a pushy/salesman like manner. I have always had a great experience with Magnolia Companies, first as a renter when they were the emergency plumber our landlord called when our unit started flooding at midnight, and now as a homeowner with an old HVAC unit. Highly recommend!

    I made an appointment 5 days in advance. On the day of the appointment I had to cancel after I was told that the technician would not be able to arrive until 4 hours after the end of the appointment window. They expected me to wait for an afternoon appointment until after 9PM. Will not be using this company again.

    Saeid and the Magnolia team are the only ones I call to work on the house for all plumbing and heating issues. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is in order and up to date.

    I've used Magnolia for our HVAC and plumbing services. They hire quality service engineers and came with masks and shoe covers. For the AC issue they quickly fixed the issue (Cleaned out the filter in the closed recirculation system, which apparently is a common problem with the building). The plumbing inspection which came at a different time was done for free, because we have a maintenance contract with the HVAC group. They found a small leak under the bathroom sink because of not properly tightened drain lever cap. Good quality service personnel. Their schedulers also typically call us before they come. The last time they called to tell us they were delayed and we would have to reschedule as it was late in the day.

    I'd like to take a moment and commend the Magnolia team for their professionalism, knowledge, high level of service, quality of work and good communication throughout our whole project. We deal with many service contractors and Magnolia has set themselves apart. I noticed this from the start from the quoting/planning phase and it continued through project execution. We had a last minute code issue get flagged by the inspector (no fault of Magnolia) and they handled these changes fairly and appropriately. It has been a pleasure dealing with everyone I interacted with. I would highly recommend Magnolia.

    This is the worst plumbing service I've ever used. I used Magnolia to address a sewer gas leak in my house, spending over $1500 on the smoke test and repairs. The plumbers showed late, conducted an expensive smoke test to root out the sources of the sewer gas leak. The plumber did not notice smoke emerging from my second floor bathroom until I pointed it out to him. He attempted to replace the wax seal ring in the bathroom, but did not properly set the seal. This led to a continued smell of sewer gas and, eventually, leakage from the bottom of my toilet. I spent another $600 fixing the technician's shoddy, unprofessional work. I strongly recommend you don't use this terrible service.

    Saeid was very informative and responsive to all the questions I had. I now clearly know what the problem is and can take the actions needed to resolve it.
