I had an HVAC compressor and air handler installed on my second floor. Michael Bennett was an absolute pleasure to work with! He took his time answering all our questions, and responded promptly when I called him throughout the entire process. The install crew was extremely respectful and professional. They worked very clean and damaged nothing! They did exactly what they said they would do and Michael was on top of it all facilitating communication where needed and followed up with me to make sure we were happy. One minor hiccup. The install was in August. In the late fall we turned the heat on and noticed the heat wasn't circulating. I called and they immediately had a tech at my house and in minutes resolved the issue. During the install they made an adjustment to the fan speed by my request and forgot to attach a wire back. There was no charge for the service call. I waited several months before writing the review to monitor everything and I'm extremely pleased. I highly recommend Total Mechanical Systems! Ask for Michael Bennett, he is an absolute professional!

We had a great experience with Stephen Feinstein during our AC installation quote. He called before he arrived and showed up early, which worked for us. Very friendly and personable. He explained to us the different types of systems and how they would or wouldn’t work for our needs. He explained everything with attention to detail and answered all of our questions. He was very respectful of our home, wearing protection over his rain wet shoes, and asked before entering any location of the house. He also showed us every picture he took, with our privacy in mind. He showed us many price points from a whole home install option down to smaller setups. Even after trying going over every possibility for us, unfortunately we were unable to go through with the project at the fault of our own due to financing issues. If it wasn’t for that, we would have set up the installation right then and there otherwise. We will be contacting them as soon as we are fully ready! Great guy, I recommend his services!!

What a great company! Called a few companies so they could get to my elderly moms house for over a week. Brad Marshall came out and was honest about the furnace being 18 years old and not worth trying to fix it. Instead of trying to fix it we decided to replace. Brad gave us the option of a hybrid system or just a air-conditioning system. We decided to go with a efficient heat pump to help us save money with the crazy oil prices this winter! Thanks TMS!!!

I have to admit that Rob exceeded my expectations. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He explained everything so that I could understand without needing a dictionary. I will definitely use TMS again!!

Swapped out toilet supply line valve. Very simple fix, literally took less than 5 minutes. Cost was $379. They did a fine job but even assuming it took half an hour to drive to my place that's nearly $500/hour. For a plumber. I know plenty of good doctors and lawyers that charge half that amount per hour.

Jamie was our HVAC rep and he thoroughly went over the process and our options along the way. There were definite moments of "salesman" persona, but he did a good job explaining everything. We haven't installed our ductless HVAC system yet, but the initial consult was good.

Tech Tylor was very professional and details. He did an awesome job explaining my system and checking every part carefully to ensure it was Functioning properly. He even sold me my heating system maintenance. Great job TMS.

Mike Bennett was a true pleasure to work with on this project. He showed a great deal of professionalism not only regarding the technical side of it, but also the customer service. Very knowledgeable, personable and explained everything with ease and in depth. Great sense of humor, too...Our house has a challenging layout and Mike worked really hard to find a suitable solution.
