Was quoted a price for a system that that the salesman said would fit my needs. After paying a deposit and signing a contract, I was told that system wouldn’t work in my application. I was going to need a totally different system for more money than our contract. When I pushed back they immediately offered to do everything for the same original price. I was just not comfortable with this company’s approach and was able to get out of my contract, fortunately. I would caution any prospective customers to be absolutely sure whatever you end up going with from them, is actually what they are going to install before you proceed with a deposit.

Technician Brad came to my home on one of the hottest days of the year and didn’t even hesitate to climb into my attic and figure out what was going on with my AC! Didn’t take long at all before he fully explained how my AC works and what was wrong with it. I had a bad capacitor! But he also inspected everything and found my outside coil needed to be washed! AC is now cooler than ever!

Outstanding service by Matt, he performed extensive plumbing upgrades throughout my home. He was very communicative about when he’d arrive, what he was doing and kept me apprised of progress during the 2 1/2 full days of upgrades. He took care to perform quality checks as work progressed and ensured the end result (extensive plumbing install for main floor washer/dryer, basement main stack upgrades, outside faucet upgrades and more) all worked correctly the first time. I was very impressed with his professionalism and highly recommend him and TMS. We’ll Done!

Rob was very friendly and helpful. He went over the problems with my old HVAC system and broke down the benefits of replacing the system or repairing it. He even took the time to get my giant dog to like him!
I have now scheduled to have a heat pump system installed.

TMS has been nothing but wonderful during the entire process. From explaining to me why my current boiler needed to be replaced immediately to giving fair pricing and quality work on the install. My sales rep Mike was informative, respectful and a pleasure to talk with. He explained all the numbers and the equipment I was buying (between 4 quotes, they were all essentially the same pricing). And the install crew was great as well. Have had a couple minor hiccups after the install and both times they came out quick and were apologetic and immediately remedied the issues. For an issue that cost me thousands, I'm very happy with how things worked out and for choosing TSM to do my boiler replacement.
