My repair man Joe was very Thorough and I don't want no one else working or inspecting my stuff but him.

We had the Reme halo installed in our house for better air quality. Total was not only accommodating to the day we needed but even came earlier than our scheduled time. Brad our installer was professional, efficient and very nice. The install was done in a timely manner and he answered any questions that we had. We would "Totally" recommend TMS to anyone that needed their services.

Price gouging and scamming customers. Do not use this company for anything HVAC related. They will charge you 4-6x what other companies will. They prey on the elderly who do not know any better.

A single mini split for a 1000sqft apartment should be 7-12k. They quoted $37,000.

Bottom line:

They will 100% absolutely rip you off if they are given the opportunity.

Edit: I'd post the quote because I still have it - but I won't. What I've said is accurate. I had the exact job done you quoted me on for almost 25k less.

I had an error code on my split level unit over the Labor Day weekend. I called on Monday to request service and left a message. I received a call just after 8 AM Tuesday morning and was advised I would have someone arrive between 9 and 11 AM. I received a second call shortly after to provide the exact time of 9 AM. Brad arrived on time and was super professional He got right to work and took care of the issue. Brad explained everything and I ended up getting a surge protector as well. Great job, great response time, and I am now nice and cold again and can work comfortably!! Thank you Brad!!

I just want to thank all of your employees that worked on my Heating System Installation. We had a few problems but your employees corrected all of them . Especially Nick , he took his time and analyzed the problem , then fixed it . Your company should be very happy to have an employee like Nick . Make sure you take good care of him . Had a pipe leak on a water heater. Called TMS and they had Mike come out the next day and fixed the leak quickly with no hassle.

Made an appointment for a new kitchen faucet installation. Was postponed by a day. Not ideal but had to deal with it. Tech shows up and tells my tenant cost will be over $1500. She said to call owner. Me. Tech tells me cost is over $350 to install faucet. A little high but it is what it is. Then tells me I need shutoffs under the sink. I knew that. Tells me these are over $300 to install. This is about 20 minutes worth of work. No other choice because tenants needed usable sink. Total invoice was over $900. Tech was there for about 1 1/2 hours. Minimal materials. Incredible. I own my own business and I don’t begrudge anyone making money but almost $800 for 1 1/2 hours of work is nuts. BTW this includes a discount of 15%. NEVER AGAIN.

Techs did a great job of cleaning blower wheels and installing UV lights. Very neat, clean and efficient.
