I had a new furnace put in. Four men showed up the job was done in less than 5 hours. I also had plumbing work done. The plumber ,Chris did an excellent job. He installed a new vanity and faucet taking his time to remove all the old caulking, cleaning the space before installing the new one. He took care to caulk it to perfection. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He shared his plumbing knowledge. I would hire his company again.

The Technician named Tim from Total Mechanical was very informative and helpful. He did a great job thoroughly checking our AC and new furnace to make sure they were working properly.

David did a great job of explaining what needs to be fixed and why. He was professional and friendly, and I appreciated that he gave me two estimates, one for bare-bones essential repairs and one that included recommended repairs. In other words, he was transparent about the costs and gave options. Recommend 👍

Joe Sweeney came today to perform system maintenance, add a surge protector to the condenser unit, and clean the condenser coils. He did a great job and was a pleasure to have in the house. Very knowledgeable and excellent demeanor. I will certainly ask for him if there are any system needs in the future. Total Mechanical would be very smart to keep such talent on their team for a long time to come!!

Had the plumbing division come in to do an inspection on a home I was interested in purchasing. They were so thorough and caught red flags before my inspector even did! They were patient and explained all their findings to me and so professional! Overall absolutely worth the money spent and a wonderful experience. I will be using them to do the quoted work once we are settled in.

Just had an oil maintenance performed by Kyle. He stayed for a few hours and went over everything he did with me, spared no details so I knew the work that was being done. He also shared some awesome recommendations with me to make my system work more efficiently. He was super patient and explained things really well to me. Absolutely a wonderful experience as always with this company!

Chris was phenomenally helpful. He carefully diagnosed the problem with freezing of an outdoor faucet, performed a quick and very fairly priced fix, then helped with questions about other issues in the house relating to plumbing and HVAC. The experience was so positive compared to customer service you might expect. Very highly recommended.

Joe came to my house today (6/21/23) and he finished the job started by Mike on 5/18/23. I am very happy with Joe, he seems to be very knowledgeable and he explained very well what he did. I am happy with him.

They were extremely helpful from working with us to get financing from C4C to explaining everything about the system and install. They showed up exactly when they said they would and were very professional and did an excellent job on the install. I would highly recommend them for all you heating needs!

Tim was wonderful! He answered all of our questions about our current system and quickly serviced our system so we are summer ready. He explained everything he did as well as offered some suggestions on things we should consider to extend the life of our AC. We will definitely be calling TMS to implement some of these suggestions and for our HVAC and home needs in the future.

Mike and Brett arrived on time. They were both very professional and nice. They were knowledgeable and fixed the issues I was having in a very timely manor. I would be happy to have either one perform work on my home in the future! Good job!
