This company is total a ripoff. Please stay away. Our furnace started leaking so my husband called this company. A guy came over the next day and told us that there are 5 parts that needed to be replaced and gave us the estimate for over $3000 !!! He said that he could do it right away and it would take him 2 hours. When he waited in the car for us to make a decision I googled the cost of those parts and all together it came out to about $300.00. So my husband asked him how much the company charges for labor per hour. He never gave us a straight answer , but he said that the company charges for 4 hours of labor for every part they change. So they would charge us for 20 hours of labor , but he would do it within 2 hours. So we declined the repair.
After that we called 2 different companies , and one of them did it for $340 , not over $3000!!!

This company is hands down one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Staff is always friendly and understanding. Ricky specifically was a delight to talk to and seemed very knowledgeable on the matter. 10/10 would recommend.

TMS. Made a terrible situation tolerable. Installation was completed in one day. Other than the new system being in-place we would never know they were there. Awesome experience from start to finish!!

Very disappointed. On a time crunch due to gas leak and have heat loan setup ready to go, called made an appointment with TMS, salesman came in on the 11th and we signed to schedule install same day. It is now the 18th and I have called multiple days and every time I get the run around. No follow up from company! No accountability! If they won’t work hard to secure a sale then I wonder how they will be to service a customer?? I bet they won’t even bother to contact me after seeing this message. STAY AWAY FROM TMS.

REVIEW UPDATE:

I am updating review now that everything is done. The install had been done roughly 2 week or so ago, took them from 9-6ish pm and still had to have them come back due to system not working optimally and issue with particles getting into pipe leading to faucet. It was fixed at no extra charge which I DO appreciate. The manager who helped was Jenny
Which she was nice, and did try to help us out.

Overall manager help was great but communication before that was horrible, a lot of issues and install took a bit longer than they said it would plus needed to revisit.

Maybe I am the only one who had a bad experience but due to them trying to make right will upgrade to 3 stars.

FYI* I did not get money back or discount etc etc. also have 2 boxes of thermostats I couldn’t use but still charged for. Overall glad it’s finally done, all of this was worth it to use heat loan for 0.99%.

Advise is go through the hassle and save money, convenience not worth paying 4-9% to use another form of financing. Also put it in mind to for process to take 3-4weeks.

I bought my mini-split system from TMS in 2017. It's worked really well for me. BUT, to get them to come out to do annual maintenance was like pulling teeth (in the beginning). Fast forward to this year (2023). They come out to do the maintenance and tell me the circuit boards are fried and it was PROBABLY rodents, which means it wouldn't be under warranty. Instead of quoting me to replace the boards, they tell me I should just replace the entire condensing unit, to the tune of over $6k!! I had someone else come out, no rodents, no condensing unit replacement, just replace the boards and all is well. During the quote process, they called me every single day. When I pushed back, crickets. They're a rip off and I would NEVER recommend someone use them. Just despicable.

I recently had a couple bathroom leaks and reached out to this company. At first someone came out was friendly but to be honest did not fully fix the issue. HOWEVER, when I called back the office was extremely responsive and great handling my frustration. They got someone back out to me quickly. Todd came and did not only resolve all concerns but gave us tips to utilize moving forward and was very personable (having three dogs and two young kids here that’s important to me). HIGHLY recommend this company!!

I also appreciated the two hour window and updates on when they should arrive.

We contacted this company about replacing 3 zones of AC units and air handlers. The sales rep Mike came out, great guy. We agreed on a price of $37,000 @ 0%. They said they were starting in 2 days which happened to be a Thursday.
We had to clear kids and pets out of the house for the day as this is a large job. Thursday came and 20 min before they were to arrive, they cancelled. Stating that they were sending 3 entire crews but 1 individual was sick so no one could arrive. They confirmed they would be to us by 8am the next day.
So day 2 we cleared the house for them again and by 9am the next day we reached out to them because no one had showed up. Their office had no clue where their guys were and they didn’t seem organized. At this point we didn’t feel good about working with them so we asked to stop everything and we would move on with another company.
We were told they were going to charge us 20% for “their time”, despite not showing up or doing anything. Then after cancelling, they sent a crew to the house and called trying to force the service on us. We held firm as we didn’t feel comfortable with them anymore.
About a month later we received a bill from the merchant for $37,000. They’re claiming that the services were rendered and later said that this is actually the fee to cancel.

Just not very honest or trustworthy people in our experience with them. Grossly overpriced as well. The same job with the same equipment was done using another provider, $28,000 in total. The new company showed up when they said and did the job as quoted. Zero issues.

TMS did an excellent job replacing my 30 year old furnace, hot water heater, and well tank. They are very professional and kept me informed throughout the process
