Jamie was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything about the ductless system, and was able to push our install so we didn’t have to wait long at all. He’s been available for any and all questions I’ve had, from the initial walkthrough, to any time I just randomly reach out to him. Very friendly and has great customer service. We just bought a house that had no air conditioning in it. I contacted TMS for a consult on possible installation. JAMIE was my sales/consultant. The consultation was informative, answering all of our questions. Once we agreed on the project, we were surprised at how quickly Jamie and his team moved to get the project started, and less than a week later work was commencing. I highly recommend them.

Tyler was amazing. Our heat stopped working on a relatively new build home and he identified many areas where the builder did improper installation. He was so great about educating us on our heating system and came back the next day to do all the necessary fixes.

Just had them fix a clogged sink. They checked all my plumbing to see that it was ok and for further service down the road for before pictures. That impressed me. My sink is unclogged and I don’t think I ever saw it drain that fast. They came out the same day I called too, not sure that is always the case it no long wait. I think I have myself a new plumbing service. Tod was nice to work with too.

Excellent customer service. Propane tank inspection and installation of new tank through Tank Farm. The two gentlemen that came out were thorough and took time to explain what they were doing and to answer my questions. Easy, effortless install and service. Highly recommend them.
