Installation of Bosch Heat Pump and some dryer duct work: The team was on time and very professional, even when the job took longer than anticipated. Very good coordination with the scheduler Megan. Jeff, the senior tech, in particular was extremely professional and friendly and helped me to understand the new unit. I will be using this company for ALL HVAC services in the future. Highly recommended.

I personally use dynamic mechanical for all my hvac services which include central air and forced induction heat maintenance, updated my wiring to allow for nest smart thermostat system, and most recently replacement of my new water heater. From start to finish, everyone was on time, respectful, and very professional. Nathan came on time, got all the info he needed quickly, and sent an estimate the same day. He also followed up to be sure we received the estimate without making us feel pressured. And Steve, who did our installation, was also on time, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and skilled. Our furnace was in a very tight space, but he managed to get it done all the while being careful of our house and cleaning up carefully when he was done. After several previous failed attempts Steve Elles came, for his first time, to diagnose and resolve our AC issue, Steve was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and shared some great information and detail. If Dynamic Mechanical can find more hires like Steve....they should hire them.

Do not go here for an install. After the two year warranty pipes are leaking, things need to be replaced, parts has failed, wires were crossed. I had to get another company to fix their mistakes. I’m just outside the 2 year warranty and things start breaking and they want me to pay for it. You are better off going somewhere else that has a better warranty.

* I appreciate you checking on my issue. If you saw, we were without heat for 3 days because of a faulty part that was initially installed. We had another company come recently had to redo the wiring for the heat to work properly because the zones were crossed and placed incorrectly. Pipes are leaking and I was told by the other company that the drain will start to rot away due to the acidity of the water because of improper installment. Hopefully this helps put in perspective for you to take care of your future clients. Thank you for your time.

I contracted Dynamic Mechanical to replace the 80+ year old cast iron plumbing in my basement and did a great job. For me the 5 stars is not just about the work, it was the communication about the job and what to expect, the fact that they listened to what I wanted and were flexible where they could be, and most importantly the clean up after the job. It was a pretty messy job in the basement and when they left the only way you would know they were there was because of the sweet looking new plumbing work.

Steve Elles was awesome and great to work with. Had DM come out (this was our 2nd time using them) to have them service our Furnace. Steve was early to our appointment, super helpful, thorough and honest about what needed to be prioritized with our older unit. He was also listened to a concern I had and was able to suggest a great solution for us. I will be asking for him directly when we need service by DM again.
