Dynamic Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning

Steven and Mark did a great job replacing our boiler to restore our heat and hot water. When the boiler initially went down, Steve came out the next day and gave us a helpful and honest assessment of what needed to be done. They were back 2 business days later to install the new boiler, had our heat up and running by 2 pm and hot water fixed by 4.

Throughout the process Steven was very helpful, professional and friendly in explaining everything to us. I highly recommend Dynamic Plumbing!

Went with Dynamic Mechanical to replace my old and dead heat pump. Lost my heat on a Wednesday and they were able to shift some things around and get my new heat pump installed on Friday. They also gave me a few heaters so I wouldn't freeze until I got my heat back. Mark and Steve showed up around 8am, had the heat working by about 130pm and were cleared out by 3p. They did an awesome job setting everything up and making sure I had heat. Customer service was great and so was the work. Thank you all from restoring my heat!!

I had Dynamic come in to fix the poor job Busy Bee performed on fixing our water heater issue. Steve was their tech that came in, he was very helpful, friendly, fair, fast and efficient. We were very pleased with the job he did along with the help I received from the girls in the office. All good people, very much a sort of "mom and pop" type atmosphere. I highly recommend!

The quality-of-service delivery by companies like Dynamic Mechanical’s are not often seen these days. Their technician Isaiah was absolutely incredible!!!! He was professional, knowledgeable and effectively communicated a fix to our problem in a way that was informative and understandable. Unsolicited he also provided suggestions that will help us in the future.
Comparatively the service was reasonably priced. Without hesitation Dynamic Mechanical will be our go too should there be a need. With confidence we will also direct others to them. Easily five stars. We were very happy with our experience. Thanks Dynamic Mechanical.

Steven was great! He identified the problem quickly and had my house cooled down in no time. Plus, he was super friendly, knowledgeable and didn't mind (too much) that my dog was barking at him every 5 seconds. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs their A/C fixed.

Our AC stopped producing cold air. I filled out online form yesterday and received a call very quickly and an appointment was scheduled today. Scott came today on time. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He is patient and explained everything in detail. I signed up for AC membership as I feel this is a trustworthy company that I will continue to use for annual maintenance and any repair if needed.

I recently moved my thermostat and couldn't get my furnace to start. I called and was connected with Steven [hope I am spelling it right!] who walked me through a quick solution over facetime. We were able to work out a solution and avoid needing to have someone come all the way out to my home. Steven was extremely professional, accommodating, and communicated clearly. I was beyond grateful for his service. Good customer-service is becoming increasingly rare today. However, this place gets it right! They understand that honest, good-service that is focused on the customer will benefit them in the long-term. I will be speaking highly of this place to everyone I know. Thank you!

This review is from me as a technician who worked here and saw Dynamic decline . Dynamic was a great company to work for in the start, putting customers first, and quality of the services provided. After Covid, the company seemed to change toward the aspects of profits over customers wants and needs in services. They started charging astronomical for parts may it be a board or cleanings, services that were questionable . To the fact that I was the only tech with a S licensed, and allowing work to be done by other techs who are not licensed. The owner will respond and try to coat it, just remember there are other companies out there who have your best interests at heart…. And that’s not Dynamic

We had an issue with our heating system about 2 weeks ago and decided to call Dynamic Mechanical Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, it was the best decision we made. The office personnel was very professional as well as their technician Steve. He was on time and he did an amazing job. Thank you guys!

We called Dynamic Mechanical and 2 other companies and Josh came out and was very professional and explained our different options. We accepted the quote which was very reasonable and scheduled the service. The techs came on the scheduled day and were also very neat and professional finished the job in a day and the electrician came and wired in the unit. Scott came back and set up the AC and all together the experience was with all the staff was amazing would definitely recommend this company.
