Pat E. was fantastic. Punctual, professional and happy to answer my several questions. There was proactive communication from the company prior to the appointment and the service itself was excellent. Pat went above and beyond and demonstrated strong expertise in advising me on my system and, most importantly, was honest…a great combination, particularly in a sales environment.

The technician, Tim, showed up on time, did a thorough inspection of AC units and furnaces and explained the results clearly. He keyed in on items from a previous service call on the units and made a point in checking out the issues that had previously showed up. Very personable and pleasant.

This is a very polite and professional company and their technicians are also. The tech.was courteous and knowledgeable, he did his work quickly and quietly, answering all the questions that I asked him. I am really happy with the work that they have done for me and I will continue to work with them. I would recommend them to anyone who needs heating and air conditioning at their home.

Mike was fantastic! He performed an annual maintenance to ensure our systems were working properly. While I was outside, Mike observed me struggling with some items that I was trying to put in the back of my pick up truck. Very sweet of him to offer his assistance.
