So many choices when your looking for a company to install central air conditioning. And of course we waited until the heat wave started to look. When we reached out on social media for suggestions for a reputable and reliable company so many people highly recommended Ductworks that we wondered if the reviews were for real. Well now you can count us among the believers. From the moment Amanda took our phone call (in person - not a recording) and arranged for Zack to estimate the job and the team arrived on site to install the central air these incredibly talented and professional people did their job on time, as promised, with courtesy and knowledge. Their honest bill for quality work was another surprise.

Always there when I need them. Highly recommend them. I wouldn't even consider using another HVAC company.

Highly recommend - big company resources with great customer service!

Ductworks installed a ductless system with mini split / air handler unit. Also worked with subcontractor for electrical hookup and upgrade. Team was great to work with start to finish.

Company was very flexible and open to discussing all install options. Zak on the sales side has prior HVAC experience so was very helpful to talk through the install and entire process. Install was smooth, prompt and had frequent communication. Dedicated back office/customer service was always one call away.

James is professional, knowledgeable, polite. Very happy to have him in my house.

I had high hopes for this company based on reviews but unfortunately my experience was not the greatest. The technician was cordial but was over an hour and a half later than the time window they gave me. I had two gas furnaces to be cleaned and checked and he did one furnace but refused to do the other because of its age. I never heard of such a thing.

The furnaces were always maintained in the past (both of them) and the only reason I went to a new company is that the old one closed. Ductworks Services stated that replacement filters would be included. The final receipt stated they just cleaned the old ones and put them back.

I personally will not use them again.
