Brian and Joe at Ductworks were great when they were quoting and replacing my furnace and central air. I loved how the quote was presented and it was thoroughly explained. It was my first time having to replace a furnace in a home and I was expecting to feel bamboozled in the end. However, Ductworks was awesome and made me feel confident about my decisions as far as the replacements went. Installation went fast and I felt comfortable with them working in my house- they were very respectful the whole time they were here. I would highly recommend!

The installation team was very pleasant, and professional. They were very good about communicating what they were doing as the installation of my furnace & a/c unit progressed. At the end the lead technician showed me a couple key things on the furnace & gave me a quick tutorial on how to use the new digital thermostat. I am very happy with everything.

Everything was great! I really appreciated the extra time they both spent with me going over the detail of the setup to my daughters room, they definitely went above and beyond. They even cleaned up after themselves. My experience was a 10 out 10. I would definitely recommend this company for any HVAC work.

If you are looking for new heating or air conditioning or need service....you might want to consider Eric at Ductworks. We got 3 quotes on replacing our air conditioner when it finally showed signs of leakage and not maintaining cool air flow in 2019. Our old unit limped along for about 16 yrs. Ductworks was the most affordable of 3 quotes, that didnt sacrifice quality and service. Before our official install date in August, they serviced the old air unit in May at no charge and fixed a burned out compressor in the heat of July to help us limp along to our replacement date comfortably during our rolling heat waves in 2019. When they replaced our unit, they were efficient, clean, helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them. Amazing attention to detail. I have already recommended them to a neighbor who also just got her unit replaced by them a few weeks after ours.

We have been very satisfied clients of Ductworks for years. They have provided expert maintenance, worked with us through a complete home renovation, and recently and entire new system.
Most recently, we notified Ductworks that we seemed to have a “leak” in the system that was setting off our CO2 detector intermittently. Their technician was at our home within hours. They diagnosed the problem and determined that we had a crack in the furnace and it needed to be replaced. Within hours, we had 3 quotes based on different equipment, capabilities, prices, etc. All of the options were fully explained. Once selecting our preference the Ductworks crew dismantled and removed the old furnace and heating system and replaced it with a very modern and efficient system with several added features that we wanted.
Everything was completed, explained and working within 3 days of our initial phone call. And this new system required additional work other than just a furnace replacement.
As always the office staff was exceptionally helpful, caring and friendly. The onsite technicians were knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and friendly. When they left there was no mess and everything was working perfectly.
This is a staff that understands and appreciates customer loyalty and how to provide great customer service.

My positive experience with Ductworks started the moment I met Kurt, who is one of the owners. He was on time for the our appointment and he gave me 100% of his attention as we walked through my new home to discuss a new air conditioning system. Kurt explained exactly what I needed and sent me a very fair quote in the time-frame promised. He told me that Lynn would be my contact for getting a subsidized loan and rebates.

My experience with Lynn was beyond expectations, as she continually communicated with me via email and phone along the entire process. This made the onerous task of applying for a loan, easy, understandable and fast.

On the day of installation, upon meeting the crew that was to install the system, I knew I had picked the right company. These men were professional and friendly. They put drop cloths on my wood floors and carried out their business without goofing off or taking breaks. They literally worked from 7:30am till 4:30 pm to finish the job. They then cleaned up after themselves and left my home as it was except for a great new Carrier air conditioning system with the new Cor thermostat.

We stumbled upon Ductworks in a round about way and I could not be happier!! We've been having issues with our heating/AC in our new house and the regulation of the temperature since moving in. After reaching out to various companies, including an energy audit company, who ultimately recommended we call Ductworks, we were able to confirm that it was not an insulation issue (older house) and that we could benefit from 2 zones in our home. I did my homework and called around to a few places, but we had some experience with Ductworks already having them come out and assess the situation for us. Not only was the pricing extremely competitive (which was a factor in our ability to hire them), but their staff is all very professional, CLEAN (which is huge! We have kids, and I was impressed they had dust booties on and all vacuumed up after themselves), and honest. When we first had them come out there was a conversation around if it made sense financially, the man who came to our house suggested we have a third party come out to test for asbestos (which fortunately we do not have) and he said that it wouldn't be cost effective if we did have it, I appreciated this honesty. The 2 men that came to complete the job were kind, professional, clean and thorough. We had an unexpected issue come up just after they left, and they came back immediately and remedied it. The promptness was a huge win in my book!

I highly recommend this company, we've had others in the past for different houses and I wish I'd known about Ductworks sooner!!
