We recently had Ductworks install a traditional central ac unit in our home. We have a two story house, but wanted a traditional unit and not a split system. Zac was so knowledgeable during the quote in explaining what closets we could use to drop down to the first floor and where the vent would be in the ceiling. He was also very responsive when we had follow up questions. We were able to have our ac installed in two days and the entire crew was very polite and knowledgeable. We had gotten several quotes and not only was ductworks very reasonable in cost, but they were the only company to offer three different options for units. Would highly recommend them!

A few days ago, our heating system stopped working. After considering different options to repair it, we decided to replace both the heating and cooling system, since it was an old one and the cost of the repairs was not worth the expense. We considered several companies and brands and in the end, we decided to go with Carrier and Ductworks. Our experience was excellent. It began with our initial contact call with Lynn. She scheduled a visit to our home that same day. Eric came to our home and presented us with 3 different alternatives to replace our equipment. He provided all the relevant information and documentation about the equipment. After we decided to accept Ductwork's proposal, the installation was set immediately. The installation crew was very respectful and worked fast. We are working from home and stayed at the home during the installation, along with our 3 dogs, and that was not an issue for Ductworks. In the end, Ryan walked with us and showed us the equipment, features, and the new thermostat functions. We decided to go with the Infinity series; totally worth it. The way that the system performs it is really impressive and different from what we have.

The technician listened to my concerns, educated me on the issues my system was having and did a thorough maintenance servicing of the system.
