Do NOT use this guy Sean for anything! I tried to give Sean the benefit of the doubt but this Sevice, or lack there of, is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. First off, he continuously lies about EVERYTHING. He never stays in contact with clients. I paid him half the money up front to start the job 10 months ago and 10 months later, I still have no completed service. I’ve missed numerous days of work waiting for him to show on days he’s said that he would be at my house to install and complete my project. He was a no-show every time for the last 6 months. The town assessor showed up on a day Sean told her he would be there to walk her through the little work he did do. Guess who didn’t show up to meet with the assessor at my house??? Sean! It didn’t matter anyway because the town assessor said the permit paperwork wasn’t filled out properly and the work wasn’t done correctly. If you like broken promises and no communication, then Sean is your guy. If not, I’d find someone else to do your work.

Sean was awesome to deal with and very professional. We had 3 Mitsubishi mini splits installed and they work great. There price was awesome compared to the quotes that I got from his competitors. And his advice on what units to install were spot on.

Forget this clown. If you enjoy broken promises, then maybe this is your guy. This dumb mf'er begged me to give him the work to install 6 new boilers and not only did he not finish the work as promised, he further promised to service them when I asked and failed to do that as well. I think most people want honest reliability and if that's the case, move on.

I have Sean the benefit of the doubt for literally months. He failed to pull a permit and the system has now failed after 6 months. Guess who I can't find? $16k well spent on a completely failed system.
