I woke up this morning had no heat. I called Dynamic Mechanical, the office was very pleasant and scheduled me right away. The tech that came out did a great job he explained everything to me and gave me pricing BEFORE he did anything. I thought their prices were very reasonable. I will use them again.

Mark and Steve came today to replace our Air unit and furnace. They were responsive, professional, and amazing. They worked to finish both projects with very little break. Their work was amazing. When they left I checked it all out and it's great. We had a quick question at the end and Steve gave us some great advice to fix our problem. Would recommend!!

I originally called Dynamic after hours in desperate need of a diagnosis (and eventual repair/replacement). I first spoke with their after hours call center representative that was very polite and professional, understanding my issues and concerns, and then she relayed/reported my issues to the on-call technician. Steve, the on-call technician, was also very polite and professional, and allowed me to share pictures and videos with him through our cellphones. He did an excellent job diagnosing the problem over the phone. Over the next day (the weekend), a quote was generated for the repair/replacement of the system, and by Monday morning, Steve, the original technician I spoke to after-hours, was at my door with the new equipment in his van, along with all the necessary tools and knowledge to get the job done correctly, effectively, and efficiently. Within two hours he had finished and I was completely satisfied with their work, work ethic, and how they made me feel like the most valued customer. Dynamic Mechanical recently installed a high velocity air conditioning system in our home. From beginning to end, we had a great experience and were impressed at the level of communication, expertise on the services offered, and how quickly the installation was scheduled after signing the contract. Mark and Steven were on time every day, and clearly had a great level of skill and attention to detail. The process took less than a week, and they were very helpful, walking us through every step and how to use the system on the last day. We knew what to expect during the installation, and they did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day, too. The system looks meticulous and functions well! Thank you!

From the dispatcher, Megan, to Steve Elles and Isaiah Tiezzi, the heating experts, all of them have been professional, timely, communicative, and honest. Isaiah in particular has been in contact with me even after service to check in and ensure the system is working properly and made sure all of my questions were answered. Nathan came over and did an excellent job in putting a vent in for our new exhaust fan. He went above and beyond with helping out and I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Dynamic has done great stuff for my wife and I since we moved into our place and we are happy with their services and prices.

The quote process and the installation process was excellent and all of my concerns and questions were effectivlely satified. The installation team was great especially Steve and Jeff.

Steven and Morgan arrived on time and worked efficiently on replacing an indirect tank on a solar/gas hydronic system. Nathan, the owner, also came by to make sure everything was happening as it should. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and meticulous. Before they left they made sure the space was left clean and then answered all my questions.

Pipe and valve sprung a leak in the basement after hours. Yikes! No water! Got almost immediate consultation on phone. Then, the service professional arrived within 45 minutes of call, as promised. Isaiah T., who made sure he had parts in advance by having us send photos prior to arrival, had the problem fixed in under an hour. He did an outstanding job and was professional and pleasant. I highly recommend!
