My first experience using them because the company that we were using went out of business. I have to say the experience exceeded my expectations. I'm used to people not showing up or canceling and they not only made an appointment right away but confirmed by text and email several times and called me in the morning of the appointment and showed up on time. I manage this property for owners who live out of state. It's a short-term vacation rental so if something goes wrong I need it taken care of right away. The technicians that came were knowledgeable and professional. They took pictures of everything that was a concern and also called the owners and explained everything to them. I am so glad I found them!

John and Isaiah showed up on time and finished Gas Logs Installation . I am happy with the service but the price is bit high.

I want to say a really big thank you to Steven , he really came through for me and my family during the snow storm , our heat wasn’t working properly we reached out and he was able to call and video call us and walked us through the process of bleeding our heater and getting our heat up and running again. he was very patient in the process and I would definitely recommend him for anyone who is looking help with there heating system . Sent out an unlicensed plumber to repair pipes, he was a HVAC guy. Couldn’t install a shower valve, overcharged me and left leaking pipes. $1700 to replace two valves in gas pipe. Please save yourself the headache and don’t be fooled by the nice office staff.

- This Is a Review From a Technician that Currently Works for Dynamic Mech. I Have been with the Team since Last Year and Work in The Service Dept. From My Point of View Dynamic Mech. Is one of the Most Upfront Companies I Have Ever Worked For, Nathan and His Wife (Owners) Have Numerously Surprised Me with There Sense of Empathy and Compassion Is Many Different scenarios with Multiple Different Customers, From some of My Previous experiences with Similar instances, Employers would have the Strict/Oh Well Attitude when dealing with These situations but have not yet ran into one Time That This Company Has. If there ever was A Conflict with a Customer it Has Been Resolved or At Least Attempted to Be Resolved and That Says a lot to Techs aswell That They Care.

And Of Course , In This Day And Age It Is Hard on Customer and Employers to Make Some Ends Meet And It Seems Like Dynamic Has Tried to Make the Costs of Service as Seamless and Cheap As Possible, Trust Me When I Say Not a Call Goes By That We Don’t Try and Review the Proposed Cost and See If any Deductions can be Made But With That Same Token Do Know That The Costs Of Business are What They are But The Gratification you will Get Will off Set Any Amount You Pay. Professional and knowledgeable staff, reasonably priced, very happy with my experience. In June I needed to replace an air conditioning unit in my forced air system. I wanted to use the opportunity to upgrade to a dual fuel heating (heat pump with oil backup). Despite the complexity of the project and busy time of year, Dynamic was able to schedule us quickly and get us cool before the July heat set in. We did have a small issue with thermostat wiring, but Dynamic was very responsive and quick to come out and resolve. The system seems to be working great now as we move into the winter months. Can't say enough good things, we'll be calling for future work!

My wife and I contracted with Dynamic Mechanical to plumb our brand new, 4,800 sq ft. home. They were extremely professional, and Derek/Jesse's flexibility was amazing. As unforeseen issues would arise (as is the case with new construction) with other subcontractors, the team was understanding and accommodating, shifting their schedules when needed. Their daily positive attitudes, attention to detail and cleanliness made them a pleasure to have in our home. They were always punctual, respectful and friendly, which goes a long way in enhancing the experience. Derek and Jesse were both adamant about providing the best service possible, and were never once rude or off-putting when I had questions. I can not say enough good things about them or the team at Dynamic. We recently had an exterior leak (as a result of siding flashing, not plumbing), and Derek was quick to come out to the home to diagnose the issue. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

Steve came today for an emergency call. He spent about 2 hours and went above and beyond to figure out that what looked like was just a fuse on the internal unit was actually the contactor on the outside unit. This was invaluable and required years of experience. Strongly recommend the skilled people here at this business.

Stephen did a great job! He really knew his stuff and got my older boiler back up and running. He didn't just clean out the gunk and test it all, he also took the time to bleed the air out of the pipes to make sure it was circulating properly. Past service people have never even mentioned it. Super job!
