Dynamic Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning

The Technician, Julian, was professional, on time, and his work was more than satisfactory. He answered my questions, and when the job was completed he cleaned up his work station.
I have had many jobs completed by Dynamic Mechanical, AC replacement, Furnace replacement, Toilet replacement, Tankless Water Heater Installed . ALL OF THEIR WORK AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE FANTASTIC!!!

It was a hot day in July --as a matter of fact it was the 4th of July weekend, and the compressor on our central A/C gave out. I called Dynamic Mechanical and to my utter surprise and delight they sent someone out on this holiday weekend who quickly diagnosed the problem....AND by the way they had the right part on the truck to install! This wasn't some little $2.75 valve and so we didn't have to order the part, wait for it to arrive and then schedule installation. A happy result! Kudos to Josh and his team.

Last year I had a bad experience with dynamic mechanical but they definitely made it right.. they sent out Isaiah this year got.my annual servive and boy was he a wealth of knowledge and extremely helpful.ii hope i can request him every time..thanks dynamic mechanical and isaiah!

Since May of 2019 we have had a significant amount of trouble with the installation of a natural gas furnace. It has been leaking water since May. Dynamic Mechanical has come out to our home to try to rectify this problem more than five times! Although various employees of the company have tried to fix the leak, nothing that has been tried so far has worked. We are running out of patience with the inadequate remedies provided and we are tired of calling about the leak. We sincerely hope the company will make this right because we are tired of losing time from work and seeing water in our basement.

Made an appointment last week for the following Monday at 8 AM. The Tech was a NO-SHOW, even after a call to the office 2 hours later with a promise of a return phone call that never came. 6 hours later and still no Tech or a return call. Don't hold your breath waiting for this company if you really need emergency service. Do yourself a favor and find someone reliable.

Technicians were courteous, honest and professional. I have used Dynamic Mechanical for heating, air conditioning and plumbing, and I would definitely recommend them.
